The room was nice and large and the staff were very helpful. The shower head did not work properly. They advertised a hot breakfast and the only item hot was the Waffle maker. The selection of food was extremely poor. So the low rating is based on the expectation of a hot breakfast that was not available.

This is a very nicely maintained budget hotel, but was a bit hidden from the main road. As sharing the same design as other Sleep Inns, it has the same problem of unlockable sliding washroom door, and moulded shower stall. For a hotel for an overnight stop and rest, this provides everything we need. Clean, quite and reasonably spacious room.... More

We arrived about 23:30 on Wednesday night. Sign out front said welcome and enjoy the indoor pool and hottub. We checked in and got into the room. The bed sheet had a big hole in it. The second elevator was broke down but had no sign posted on it so I stood there waiting on it and it never came.... More

Odd to write a review of a property we did NOT stay in, but I wanted to say how helpful the front dest fellow was in helping me get a reservation at another Sleep Inn in Virginia. Most helpful in getting the lobby computer connected and getting the printer functional as I made a reservation on line from his property.... More

We stopped by this hotel just before midnight on a Friday evening. The lady at the desk was nice and told us she could give us a room for $80. After taking my credit card and waiting a few long moments, she was no longer able to give us that rate, it was locked in at a rate of $99.... More

Stopped in late, almost midnight, and the lady working the desk was nice and quick to check me in. I only stayed one night but the room was very clean and it was a typical room. Hotel is right off I-77 and easy to find. Had an indoor pool and fitness center but I didn't bother to look at either... More

I called first to get rates with AARP and was quoted 79. Then we stopped in at Welcome Center and found a coupon book that let us stay for 59.00. Better. We have stayed here before and it seems to be showing it's age somewhat, not bad, but aging. Lady at the front desk very nice and helpful. They have the smallest pillows I have ever seen. Breakfast was the same usual. Great location just off the highway.
