The hotel clearly needs a renovation. Carpets seem old and dirty, all doors are "requesting " some painting urgently. Staff is friendly, but I was expecting more from a Marriott hotel. After a 12-hour driving all day, I unpacked my luggage and went to take a shower to discover the bathtub was clogged. I was so tired I couldn't even complain and ask for another room. In summary, it needs maintenance all over the place. For sure I won't return.

It was just okay. The TV in the room was small and it was off to the side of the bed. The bathroom had some few cracks in the shower as the shelf looked like it was coming off the wall and same with the shower nob. However the room was clean and had a nice size refrigerator and microwave. It also had utensils and dishes The free breakfast was just okay also, would have been better if they had a waffle maker. The place also had a small indoor pool which was nice. I also noticed they laundry room but I didn't need it.

Very clean room. Comfortable bed. Big dog friendly. Very good service .... both friendly and accommodating. The hallway carpet and elevators were dirty and stained. The snack area chilled the red wine. A no-no. The breakfast area was clean, and the selection so-so. But that is expected for a room that was only $190. If you are traveling and are only spending one night, it's a good, solid stop. Eat at Jeffreys or Del Sur. Both are within walking distance. Del Sur is unequivocally the BEST Mexican restaurant I've ever been in. Don't get me wrong, Jeffrey's os excellent too as we have eaten their in the past.

This property was very busy with lots of people visiting in the lobby & outside on the patio, so it was a bit noisy. Staff at check-in & check-out were friendly, very professional. The room was fresh, clean,& comfortable. Even though we were just down the hall from the noisy lobby, our room was peaceful, & we slept well. Morning coffee was good. The breakfast buffet was ok; it had the usual food items, but it had all the things you really need to start the day. Thought the cost of the room was high, but other than that , the stay overnight was good.

It shouldn't be difficult to get a hotel room right, but many hotels fail. This one didn't. The A/C was great, easy to operate, and didn't clang off and on. The bed was extremely comfortable. And the kitchen had everything I needed. I would gladly return.

Stayed here on August 19, 2023. Hotel is in bad shape. We booked the two bedroom suite to accommodate our family. The TV did not work in one of the bedrooms, both closets had the doors ripped off, not a single Kleenex/tissue in the suite, and the kitchen was really beat up. I told the kids to keep their shoes on until they get into bed. Plenty of better options to stay in this area. For $240 I expect more!!

Yvonne was one of the better front desk agents. Very helpful with any questions I had. We have really never had a problem with any Towne Place. We like having a refrigerator even if it is for a couple of nights.

The rooms and lobby area are very dated. 1970-80 is the feeling.the furniture was old, formica and most pieces were chipped. There were NO usb ports in the room. This hotel desperately needs a remodel and technical updating. Not having charging ports is inexcusable. The room was not as clean as it should have been. The room was way overpriced at $200 for the night. This is the first Town Place Suite my husband & I stayed in. Never again.

We selected this hotel's location as a halfway point on our trip home, because I could use my points to cover the stay, and to use the hot tub after 9 hours of driving. Also note that Marriott Bonvoy didn't send me a feedback request that could be posted to their site. I'm only guessing they know this is a troubled hotel. Waited at the desk about 5 minutes to check-in before anyone appeared. This was around 4:30pm. Person that checked us in may have been the manager, but I hope not since we seemed to bother her by showing up. We indicated 3 adults for the room on the reservation. Room was not ready for 3 adults. Needed to request towels, sheets, etc. Bathroom sink didn't drain. AC unit smelled. The provided shampoo and conditioner were already used. TV is really small for a suite hotel, don't expect to watch TV from the bed or the couch. Very disappointed to see the hot tub was taped off from use to help my aching back. Seeing that there are other reviews about the hot tub being "out of order", I'm guessing they are too cheap to maintain or repair - like a McDonalds soft serve machine. I would have shared these complaints with someone if there was ever anyone around. Other than our check-in we never saw anyone at the desk, no one at the breakfast... I'm sure there are better choices in the area.

A booked a one night stay while travelling through US and same day realized that I needed another location. I was told I had to change within 48 hrs though I had made reservation same day. I would have been charged full cost of room even though I wanted only change locations. Unbelievable poor customer service.
