I relied on Tripadvisor for a good hotel for a business trip and was not disappointed. I stayed at this hotel for two nights while in Charlotte on business. The hotel itself was nice. The staff was very helpful. They have a breakfast with bagels, muffins, and danishes. Perfectly good hotel, swimming pool, nice breakfast with very friendly service. For a longer stay has free washer/dryer. Rooms are reasonably big, and well kept. It's a Hampton so it's not overflowing with frills. But otherwise not a single complaint. This was our third stay here. more
