I was looking forward to a nice smoking suite room when I reserved the 'higher end' $100++ suite vs. $70 room on the hotel's website. Upon arrival, the lady made a mistake and gave me a non-suite room (201). I called front desk and they immediately moved me to a smoking suite (421). The suite room was a bigger room... more
I apologize for the problem with your stay. We value guests such as you and strive to make each stay a great one. We continuously train our employees on improving customer service and I am sure the problem has been rectified. I do hope you will give us another chance to meet your expectations in the future.
I was very pleased with the service this hotel gave. The staff were exceptionally nice and were always there with answers to any questions.
