Charlie the owner was onsite the whole time and gave us a personal tour. The rooms are very nicely done and the private deck overlooking the creak and golf course can't be beat. The 'continental' breakfast was much better than anticipated. Fresh fruits, muffins, cereals, etc in the great room full of morning sunshine and a great view. We definitely... More

We had never been to Linville Caverns so we took off on a free weekend. This was the closest lodging listed on the map when we were planning our drive there. I did not call ahead for a reservation since it was already November but no snow yet. We got there about 8:30PM and Judy was just the nicest person... More

We found the Inn on a NC tourism website and I was a bit nervous making a reservation without a confirmation via email, however, no need to worry...the owner, Charlie, and his helper Judy made sure we were all set. With only 12 rooms, this is almost like a B and B. Each room has a deck that overlooks the... More

My husband and I were traveling the Blue Ridge Parkway and we were looking for a place after hiking at Linville Falls MP 317.4. We stopped by at 7:30. Very nice couple own the inn. We had a beautiful room with very comfortable king 4 poster bed. Bathroom very spacious and great shower. Owners were very accomodating. We walked on... More

Just returned home from a trip to the NC mountains and stayed at the Inn at Blue Ridge. What a lovely place. Very clean. Wonderful prices! Couldn't believe how affordable the rooms were. Charlie is such a nice gentleman. Very kind and attentive. We will return to the Inn at Blue Ridge for sure. The rooms overlook a golf course... More

A great peaceful place to stay. Charlie and his staff are very friendly and helpful. A real hidden gem with beautiful scenery and short drive to most local attractions. Continental breakfast had a variety of at least five fresh fruits.

We were traveling on our family vacation. Not many choices of places to stay in this area. When planning our vacation we saw this place had good reviews on tripadvisor so we booked two rooms. Upon arrival, it was obvious that the place was dated, but that wasn't a big deal. We checked in and the gentleman (owner) was very... More

With the rates Charlie charges I would like to know how he stays in business. Beautiful cross between a B & B and an upscale motel, the Inn is located on a Golf Course and right on 221. The breakfasts are simple. but the place is neat and clean. The rooms are teriffic, including an in room fireplace and a... More

If crossing the BR Parkway, you can find this Inn off of 221. I strongly suggest using the 221 exit, it is five mile pleasant curvy drive off the mountain to the Inn. The inn rooms overlook a golf course, hole no, 9. The decor is early american/victorian and has the charm of a B&B. The owner/manager is Charlie, and... More
