Played 18 today in less than 4.5 hours. The front 9 was flat and less challenging except the par 5 dog leg left. The back 9 had several elevation changes and the greens were even elevated. Gorgeous views and a good track only 6600 yards. I thoroughly enjoyed it and will play again during twilight rates.

Great jumping off point for the Smoky Mountains and all of its outdoor adventures. Traci did a great job of organizing our family reunion group. Condos were very nice - one small improvement - the showers need some kind of toiletry caddy or shelf.

The Maggie Valley course is very well laid out and absolutely beautiful. I didnt play my best the day we went but the layout offers an excellent round of golf if your game is on. The front nine lures you in while in the valley and the back nine will take a bite at you with its elevation changes. But... More

Playing the Maggie Valley Course definitely kept us on our toes. While the front nine is primarily a valley course it still offers challenges of major doglegs and huge greens. The back nine is super challenging with the elevation changes and extremely touchy greens. Beware of long shots on down hill fairways that go over the greens and into the... More

My fiancee and I, along with our two small dogs, have been to Maggie Valley Club and stayed at a VRBO condo twice (once last July and then again last October), where we spent long weekends and had great times. We had never been to Maggie Valley, NC before and found it to be an amazingly beautiful location snuggled in... More

I have a rental property at Maggie Valley Country Club. I am very dissapointed on the shape of the golf course. I may never go back due to the shape that they continue to keep their golf course in. I ended up going to another golf course because Maggie Valley's course is not being kept up. Real estate is more... More

We just spent 2 nights in one of the condos on the property - a wonderful 2 bedroom condo with a porch - half of which was screened in. I called to make reservations with some special requests. The receptionist made a recommendation as to which of the condos - which turned out to be spot-on - Ground floor entrance... More

Since this is a golf resort, the winter rates are spectacular. We have gone two years in a row during the week after Christmas and it has been wonderful. Natural snow was on the ground and many hills for sledding right at the resort. Bring sleds if you can. If not, look for them at Ace Hardware. If you are... More
