5 of 5 stars Reviewed 4 days ago NEW

My room was recently remodeled and had lots of amenities. New furniture, lamps, plenty of outlets, microwave, refridge. Granite counters, and excellent heat on a cold snowy night. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was well stocked and area kept clean. Honestly, this place was a pleasant surprise and worth the couple of extra bucks more compared to nearby hotels. I highly... More

Weekend getaway with the family. Motel was going thru some serious renovations which was a little headache but it's for the better so I was ok with it. Staff was very friendly and helpful with food suggestions. Room was very quite, new and comfortable. The indoor pool was nice also but very overcrowded.

I read reviews on this hotel which was why I chose it. Here are the pluses: 1- Discount when skiing, 2- comfortable beds, 3- morning breakfast is decent for being free, 4- Convenient to skiing, 5 free wifi There really were not a lot of negatives. Pretty clean, but the jacuzzi tub needed to be run before we came because... More

We stayed here President's weekend to take our kids skiing. We chose this hotel because of it's location and that it said it had a heated pool. The pool was freezing, way too cold to swim, very disappointing. We would never stay at this hotel again. Bathroom door handle would lock on it's own when shut, not safe.

It's not a new place, but it's not falling apart either. It's comfortable - clean - and the staff are super friendly. I liked being able to go to all the touristy places in western North Carolina and at the end of the day, coming back to here in Maggie Valley where there was very little traffic and a hometown... With last minute plans, we were fortunate to reserve a room at the Comfort Inn, Maggie Valley, NC as part of our New Years plans. We were pleased upon our arrival, check-in was without problems and the rooms were nicely renovated since our last stay. Also, this location is installing an elevator for second floor occupants. It was a pleasant... More

This hotel was ok. It was under construction when we were there. There are no elevators in this place. Breakfast was very small seating area. Had to go the country vittles up the road which was an excellent place to eat. Joeys pancakes house also looked good but there was a line outside for hours.

When we arrived, we were wondering if the elevator construction would be a negative on our stay. It wasn't. The office managers placed all visitors on the opposite side of the hotel, so all noise was minimized. Overall, this was a nice place to stay for a night. The breakfast was great and included eggs, sausage, and gravy. Better yet,... More

This hotel located in a great spot during fall season you can enjoy the colors as it is located downside of smoky mountains. This hotel is very clean and looked very cozy. They provided a nice break fast where I only find that kind in residence inn marriott. Great service for low price.

Everything about this motel is 5 star. The desk persons were cooperative and friendly. The room was spacious and clean as a pin. The breakfast was as good as one could ask for - biscuits, sausage, eggs, waffles, pastry and breads.
