This hotel located in a great spot during fall season you can enjoy the colors as it is located downside of smoky mountains. This hotel is very clean and looked very cozy. They provided a nice break fast where I only find that kind in residence inn marriott. Great service for low price.

Everything about this motel is 5 star. The desk persons were cooperative and friendly. The room was spacious and clean as a pin. The breakfast was as good as one could ask for - biscuits, sausage, eggs, waffles, pastry and breads.

Check in was fine and the staff was very helpful. The parking lot was being paved and parking was horrible. Breakfast area was crowded almost every day, only 5 tables for the whole hotel. The choices for breakfast were the same for the whole week, I'm sure there are other types of microwave eggs and breakfast meats available. The coffee... More

We made a quick Friday night trip, room was okay, but for the price it wasn't worth it. We decided to take advantage of the breakfast but, we got coffee and danish on the first trip down (no elevator) and had to go back to the room to have our cup of coffee because it was packed and no seats.... The motel was very nice and the lady who checked us in and Teddie the lady who checked us out were both very friendly, helpfull, and easy to deal with. They both acted like they gald to have our business. We will tell other about this motel.

Hotel is located in the middle of Maggie Valley. Rooms are nice and good size, sink is on the outside of bathroom that's always nice when more than one person sharing a room. Room was pretty clean. Breakfast was nice several choices and it's resupplied when low. Only problem was the herd of elephants in the room above us loud... More

My husband and I stayed here one night while on a road trip. There were not many options available as there were several festivals going on and it was a peak time for leaf peepers. The room was way overpriced but I guess the principle of supply and demand was in effect. There was no elevator so we had to... More

First time at a Comfort Inn. Nothing special, places is clean and lady at front desk is a down home lady with no frills. Price was sufficient for the lodging. Will not take part of the free breakfast but will go to Joey's for pancakes!

Nice place and they are in the process of update the facilities including the rooms. They have breakfast bar but it is processed food along with the standard dry cereals, waffle machine, etc... The only problem was a missed day of cleaning the room and getting new towels. The cleaning personnel thought someone had locked the security hasp but instead... More

We enjoyed our stay at the Comfort Inn, Maggie Valley, North Carolina. Donald was very helpful at check-in, even gave us our 20% Farm Bureau discount without me calling the 800 number. Also, we ask Donald if there was a nice place to eat close by and he sent us to the Mexican restaurant next door and that was also... More
