We went to the Best Western the first night we arrived in Maggie Valley late at night because of a terrible experience next door at the Microtel Inn & Suites. The room was very clean and updated. The staff was nice and helpful and our room was tidy each evening when we returned. The room was quiet and the bed... More

We stayed here one night while in town visiting the Wheels Through Time museum. We didn't make reservations and they happily gave us a room for the night. The guy at the front desk was friendly and the price was reasonable. The room was very comfortable and very clean. The AC worked good and was quiet. Since we wanted to... More

Visited here when we first arrived from Atlanta. Very friendly helpful receptionist, who gave us a quiet room as requested, ( first floor in the back block, overlooking the pool, which wasn't open yet), plus advice on the area. Clean room exactly as described. There were lots of bikers staying, but we never heard them. Breakfast was adequate, though in... More

We stayed here for our smoky mountains/cherokee trip. The room & bathroom was so nice and clean. The beds were very comfortable/clean/warm. The remote was in a fresh remote bag. Everything in room looked clean. The free breakfast was good. It was quiet and peaceful late at night except for biker in room next door pulling up and going out.... More

I can't recall ever having a bad stay at a Best Western. We had a ground floor room in the rear of the complex, which helped alleviate some of the road noise (not that there is a lot of traffic in Maggie Valley anyway). Clean, roomy double queen room, laundry facilities on-site, and free continental breakfast (always a plus for... More

We reserved this hotel for our smoky mountain trip. The hotel is located at about 15 minutes of east side of Cherokee. The road is very beautiful. The hotel is very clean, the room is large, the breakfast is good and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Everything exceeds our expectation to the price we paid.

Visited the area for a long weekend and needed a place. I tend to value cleanliness and security more than anything and this hotel fully met my needs. Good location and all aspects of the hotel were very good. I will stay there again.

Review would have been 4 stars because we asked for a specific room and the hotel delivered exactly what we asked for. Nice room, hotel was well maintained but not to have the pool ready for the holiday weekend and for the forecasted high temperatures was disappointing to say the least! However, good location in a Maggie Valley and, if... More

Nice 'budget' lodging. Street level noise can be a bit much (particularly if you stay during a motorcycle event). Staff are helpful. Carry an extension cord with you if everyone in the room needs to charge a device. Breakfast bar had a good variety. Coffee not the greatest.

I picked this hotel because when I called I was told that they had a working hot tub and pool. When I arrived and checked in for a 5 night stay> I soon discovered that the hot tub was cold and for 4 of the 5 night nights that I stayed it was cold.My wife and myself rode our Harley... More
