Comfortable place, rocking chairs outside are nice touch. Close enough to road to watch cars and bikes go by, but rooms were quiet, so there was no noise at night. Located close to mid town so walking to almost anywhere was possible.

Stayed at the Best Western in Maggie Valley so we could be between The Biltmore and Cherokee. The room was redone and very clean. We wanted a room on the ground floor (we are seniors and no elevators) but was told the parking lot was being resurfaced so we would need to stay in the back on the second floor.... More

My first thought about this hotel is just how clean I found it. Our room was impeccable! The price was incredibly reasonable, and the personnel were all very nice. We had a great evening using the rocking chairs outside our room, and enjoying not only the view, the coolness and fresh air, but also the group of bikers from Maryland!... More

A good friendly staff, the rooms are clean and updated---the television is connected to a large list of viewing options. It is located only a few miles from the Blue Ridge Parkway and that makes it easy to reach key overlooks to view sunrises and sunsets.

This Best Western in the mountain town of Maggie Valley is very clean and has well appointed decor (for a mountain hotel this means a lot). The king bed I had was VERY comfortable, better than my bed at home. The linens and pillows are very soft and I loved them. It is not a 5-star spa hotel but if... More

We have stayed at this hotel several times. Always has friendly staff and great service. This hotel has a great location where you can walk to most eating places. So far we've never had any problems. Will definitely stay there again.

This is absolutely a great hotel at a great value. Wonderful caring staff, pet friendly, great rooms, and the beds and pillows are incredibly comfortable. I LOVE their linens! I never stay anywhere else, and I am in Maggie Valley about 8 to 10 times a year!

We only stayed one night due to just passing thru. At the time of check in and shortly after getting into our room we noticed the HUGE amount of bikers that were already there and still checking in. It was very loud for a couple of hours but by 9pm everyone got really quiet and we never heard a peep... More

We walked in and were able to get a room for the night. The room was very clean, comfortable, and suited us just fine. Nice guest laundry that we took advantage of. Good WiFi access. Didn't take advantage of the breakfast. Pool was not yet open. Quiet, and enjoyed sitting in the rocking chairs just outside our room during the... More
