This hotel is very nice, neat and CLEAN (posted cleanliness score: 98). Although this is an older hotel, but it has been very nicely remodeled, complete with granite sink tops and flat-panel TVs. The complimentary breakfast is advertised as continental, but it featured hot scrambled eggs, hot sausage, boiled eggs, yogurt, waffles, and much, much more - far more than... More

I was attracted to this hotel from the high rating on Internet and was equally impressed with the 9.8 rating the state gave them as posted in their lobby! Good value for the price! Maggie Valley is an older area and this hotel was too but it was really clean and updated as much as the property could allow!

This is a pleasant place to stay for the purposes of exploring the park or using the location as headquarters while exploring the area. In addition to seeing the park and its wildlife, we saw elk just off the highway in Maggie Valley! My wife and I were very satisfied with the hotel and breakfast each morning, a great place... More

Two nights at a perfect location. Sabrina checked us in and was delightful. She found the best "deals" for our stay. I would stay here again. Convenient. Even though it was the end of leave season, the trees and snow made for a relaxing week-end.

My wife and I were traveling around enjoying the fall foliage and decided to stay in Maggie Valley, we stopped at the Best Western and I was a bit disappointed when I went to check in they had canceled all discounts such as AAA and AARP, I was told that since they were down to a few rooms left the... My wife and I wanted to drive the Blue Ridge Parkway and this Best Western is in a great place for that. Access to the BRP is just down the highway. The views from our "front porch" were great! The room was very clean and the beds are new and comfortable. I was most inpressed with the people, every one... More

This is our favorite stay in Maggie Valley! Jonathan and Sabrina are so nice and always helpful. The rooms are spacious and clean with comfortable beds! It is next door to Legend's Bar and Grill and walking distance to Country Vittles and Salty Dogs! The breakfast has something for everyone!

In a long line of old style motels lining the highway, Mountainbrook offers an update with the Best Western clean, comfortable room one expects from the chain. Two rockers are in front of the rooms and mountains surround the location providing wonderful views. Breakfast is in the small lobby but the food is good. If you don't care for the... More

We stayed there 3 nights this week, and we will definitely stay again in the future. When we checked in the desk clerk was extremely helpful. He even took the time to show us the room he thought we would like. And he was right!!! At check out, that desk clerk also seemed very interested that we enjoyed our stay... More
