From the wonderful cabin style room to the elegant breakfast table with wonderful food ~ this was the most amazing stay. Our room was well stocked with every detail thought of for us. Our son was invited every morning to feed the numerous ducks that stay in a lake on the property. There was a huge front yard to run... More

Misty Mountain Ranch is a lovely B & B. Karen, the owner, is very nice & went out of her way to accomodate our requests. The rooms are very nice - we particularly liked the large size, balcony overlooking the duck pond, jacuzzi, double-sink, refrigerator & kitchen supplies. The B & B is not on the main thoroughfare of Maggie... More

Enjoyed this lovely B& B in the Smoky Mountains of NC. Stayed in the Dreamcatcher suite and it was so pretty and comfortable, great kitchenette and lovely outdoors with ducks and ponds. Karen was a warm and accomodatiing hostess, also a great cook. Would love to return in the future.

My husband picked this place to take me on my birthday. I was a little nervous because I'm a clean freak. (used to be manager of housekeeping for major real estate company) Anyway, when we entered the cabin, I was so pleasantly surprised!! First we were greeted by the owner who was very warm, welcoming and accommodating. (she was actually... More

The rooms at this bed and breakfast are amazing! They are nice and large, the beds comfortable, and all the little extras are there - candles, nightlights, corkscrews.... things that you don't find in hotels in any price range. This place is away from the hubbub enough for peace and quiet, but close enough to town so that it is... More

This was our first trip to a Bed & Breakfast. And this was our first trip as a married couple, a long over due get away/honeymoon. We felt right at home. They are very nice, sweet, and very welcoming here. Nice big rooms. Each room has a theme. Nice big bathrooms. Also you have your own deck. We stayed in the... More

My wife and I traveled to Maggie Valley with our 3 children numerous times and have yet to be disappointed! There is something for everyone to do there. The inn is located right on a mountain you can climb up some just in the back yard. It even has a beautiful pond in the back with ducks in it. At the... We read a review that raved about this place, and should have looked more into it. It was not worth the time in driving there, or the money we spent staying for one night. Customer service was horrific. When we asked for recommendations to shop or eat, she told us to go to the visitors center in town. Bed was... More

The "cabins" are trailers with wood siding on them. They are very tiny, but clean and nicely decorated. For two people it was tight. I can't imagine trying to get four or six in there. The shower was so small we knocked our elbows on the walls and could not bend down to wash our feet. The hot water ran... More
