Each cabin is different. I stayed in cabin 8 (a one bedroom cabin) and compared to cabin 5 (a one bedroom cabin) cabin 8 is much larger. The cabin was clean and had everything one would need. When making the reservation the staff was very helpful and friendly! I would definitely stay at Twinbrook again. I didn't not use the... More

The bed mattresses are from the 1960-70's. Very uncomfortable. For cost won't go back. Rough stay. Everything else perfect. Stayed there so many times in the past. Very sad about beds. Love the location and scenery. Very quaint.

We made reservations for 36 boy scouts and family to stay at Twin Brook Resort and go skiing. A week before we were to leave the weather turned warm and the local ski area closed down. I called Twin Brook and spoke with the owner who told me he would refund our money since it was not our fault. I... More

Our cabin was nicely furnished and comfortable. It was nothing fancy, but just right for us and our three children. The kitchen was so well equipt. They provided dishwasher soap, sponges and all pots, pans, dishes. The cabin had a washer/dryer and the hotel office provided detergent and dryer sheets. There were plenty of towels, paper products and soap. The... More

we have stayed here in cabin no. 9 twice, once in 2003 on our honeymoon, then again in 2013 for our 10 yr. anniv.. The management were very friendly and very accommodating. In 2003 we were really pleased with our stay, but in 2013 we rented the same no. 9 cabin and did not know they were now pet friendly,... More

Clean, cozy, affordable, fairly secluded cabins. The staff is eager to help you in anyway possible, and it is convenient to GSMNP, Bryson City, Cherokee, Asheville, skiing, The Biltmore, and WCU. My only regret is that we were too early to see the mountain laurels, that are everywhere on the property, in bloom! Remember, these are older cabins that will... More

Twinbrook is conveniently located in Maggie Valley allowing easy access to the local ski area. The rooms are large and have a microwave and small refrigerator. There is an indoor pool that was warm enough to swim laps in. There is also an outdoor hot tub for those who want to venture out in the snow. The staff was very... More

This was our third stay in cabin 3 for our annual ski vacation. The cabins are clean, cozy, clean and newly remodeled. The office staff was helpful and made all of our skiing arrangements with the package we purchased for our cabin. We will definitely be returning again next year!!

This is my 2nd time staying in Cabin 9 at Twinbrook......I am in the process of building a house in the area, and love staying in this cabin while accomplishing "building-related" chores. The cabin is friendly, inviting, and the fireplace is AWESOME on those chilly nights. The owners are warm, friendly and very accommodating, and while the resort is smack... More
