Very nice staff and helpful. Room are always clean and everything in room works. The grounds are neat and grass cut. Alot of trees, great deck at creeks, and a place I feel safe at the Riverlet. A good place to stay on a budget and in a good location. Mickey's Diner has a great breakfast and a friendly staff!!... more

I stayed in a room over the restaurant and it was not clean at all. Carpet is old and not clean. You have to walk to get ice at the office and cannot get a lot when you go. They are very strict about that. I really wanted to check out early but since I had already paid in full,... more

We went up for the Maggie Valley Christmas Parade & stayed at the Riverlet. This was our 2nd or 3rd time staying there & we Love It. The rooms are very clean which is the most important thing to me. Staff could not have been nicer. We slept with our windows open & enjoyed the sound of the water running... more

When we entered our room, the cable to the television was not connected and our men had to fix that, the light bulb in the ceiling fan was burned out and we had to take a bulb from another lamp to fix that, the toilet seat wouldn't stay up (we had to hear the men gripe about that all weekend),... more

We spent Memorial Day weekend here, and had a great time. Friendly and helpful staff. This hotel is for those on a budget, so dont expect a over-priced, over-rated "snob" hotel like those nearby. We had a balcony overlooking the creek, and slept well with the windows open while the creek was rushing by below. The cafe had a good... more

When you pull into the parking lot of the Riverlet, you see this quaint little motel nestled between two creeks. There is a lovely deck where the creeks meet and its very serene. When we entered the room, the room was spacious with a very large window. The room was furnished with two queen size beds, a futon and a... more

The restaurant was named Smoky M Cafe and was being leased to other people. It is opening today as the Creekside Diner. I am the owner of the Riverlet Motel and Restauant but do not operate the Restaurant. I am confident the new operation will provide excellent food at very reasonable prices. It is very important to me to have... more
