Beautiful setting along a fast moving stream, surrounded by fall colors of the trees, just minutes away from the scenic rides we came for. We were in one of the small efficiencies and it had everything we needed. Evenings by the fire with friends at the end of a day of riding .. couldn't be better! Andy, the proprietor, is... more

My husband and I stayed at the Valley Inn for several nights in July and found it to be such a peaceful place. The mountain stream behind our room was our oasis after a day of sightseeing in the area. We were most impressed with our host, Andy Taylor who seems to really care about his guests. Our spacious room... more

My family stopped here overnight while on a road trip. It was getting late at night and we just wanted a clean reasonably priced place to sleep and continue on in the morning. My Mother who was traveling with us, asked to see the rooms first. The employee showed us two possible units and and we liked the roominess of... more

The Valley inn has exceptionally clean room, and a wonderful "Mom and Pop" feel. We always stay there when in Maggie Valley and we absolutely love it! If you're looking for a great place to relax and enjoy the mountains, there is no better place than in a swing by their creekside. more

This is a quiet, charming, cozy place to stay in Maggie Valley. Andy, the owner, will go out of his way to ensure your stay is comfortable and pleasant. The backyard of the inn is on a river and there is a gazebo, tables and a fire pit. The rooms are clean, comfortable and basic. (tv but no phone). If... more

I just wanted to let you know that our stay was great. We really enjoyed the rooms we had-it felt like home. We hope to return sometime with a group when the weather is warmer. We think that your place will be a great place to stay with the creek and chairs/swings out back and all, not to mention that... more

This is definitely one of the most enjoyable stays we had at a hotel. The rooms were clean and have a very home like feel to them. The back of the hotel, with it's fire pit, chairs, gliders, gazebo, and views of the creek was very nice. I only wish we had time to enjoy it, but every day we... more

I have traveled much of the southeastern United States... I can honestly say...the Valley Inn will give you a taste of the great friendship and wholesomeness the people of Maggie Valley all seem to have...Andy and Linda Taylor own the Inn, and are two of the finest and friendliest people you could ever meet. Their light shines for Jesus and... more
