Looks can be deceiving, great little place to stay. Spacious rooms. CLEAN rooms. Great balcony view of the creek. Good breakfast. Friendly staff. Wifi wasnt the greatest, but better than nothing. Would deffinately stay again.

What a nice place! Our room and the entire grounds were clean, well kept and maintained. The breakfast was nice, with the hotel manager constantly making sure everything was well stocked, even after breakfast was over, which helped with my late-sleeping daughters. Had nice conversations with staff- all are like family and treat you that way. And the creek- I... More

We were not greeted with the warmest of welcomes, but after chatting for a while, the couple were actually ok. We had a nice big creekside room which if I'm honest does need some upgrading, but it was clean & comfortable. We loved sitting out on the rocking chairs on the back porch by the creek. Excellent breakfast with a... More

I will admit that the gentleman with the accent is probably not the friendliest of managers by Southern standards; however, we found that the Four Seasons lived up to the praise friends of ours' had given it. The room (the double queen with creek balcony) was HUGE, well-maintained, and exceptionally clean. The balcony on the back side (back door in... More

Room was filthy. AC not working. Staff rude and front desk person barely spoke English. I would strongly reccommend NEVER staying at this lousy place. Spend a few bucks more and stay at a REAL hotel. You have been warned

First time stay for wife and I and our dog. Room # 14 was clean and odor free. Bed was not bad either. Wish pet rooms were on the first floor-staff told us all are on the second floor. Staff was friendly and breakfast about what one would expect from a motel-cereal, bagels, fruit, etc. Overall experience was positive and... More

Let me start by saying the customer service was so bad that we didn't even stay!!! My husband and I are motorcycle enthusiasts and came to Maggie Valley to ride and enjoy the beautiful fall foliage. When we arrived and took the bike out of the trailer we found the battery was dead. My husband has a trickle charger and... More

We love staying here when coming to Maggie Valley. The rooms are clean, love the dogs, the staff is very friendly and have a very interesting background. This small motel is in the middle of town and great location and to just get out and walk.

What a wonderful little motel with excellent hospitality in beautiful Maggie Valley! We typically book through chain hotels, but we just needed 1 night prior to traveling the Blue Ridge Parkway, and we were pleasantly surprised to find such spacious and immaculate accommodations for a great price situated on a lovely babbling mountain creek! Check in is specifically at 3... More

We had an absolutely delightful stay at the Four Seasons and enjoyed lots of interesting conversations with the manager who comes over as a little shy but has a great sense of humour and once you get to know him is so easy to get along with (he has only been there for two years and seems to be making...
