From the moment we walked in the door, our stay was a big disappointment. We had to wait over 20 minutes to be checked in. The lady at the desk, Cathy, was the rudest person I have ever dealt with at a hotel. She was inept at the check in computer and kept blaming the day staff for the reservations... more

Lovely, clean and tidy motel. Staff very friendly. Easy to find. The ground floor is great for people with disabilities. Plenty of hot water with a brilliant walk-in shower (wet room). Inclusive breakfast was sufficient. Motel was inexpensive and beyond expectations. more

The room was clean with a very nice balcony view of a creek behind the hotel. Bigger than normal queen beds. The front desk was very nice and friendly. She went out of her way to make sure i had what i wanted. more

This was a great place to stay. We got a room with two queen beds for only $109. The rooms are new and fresh. They offer a nice free breakfast as well. The clerk was very friendly and helpful, recommending some local restaurants. more

This was our first time to Maggie Valley and we were very pleased with the area; as well as, this particular hotel. Having never stayed at a Ramada, we weren't sure what to expect, but WOW...were we ever pleased. The rooms were clean. We had a beautiful creekside room....what a view!!! The breakfast was good.
