It's close to I-95, but our site was a bit away, so OK as far as noise. The new owners were very friendly and helpful. Explained that they were trying to upgrade areas around the park, and it was clean from what we could see. We used our own bathroom, so can't comment on that. Only a couple of miles... More

Owner suggested we use bathroom in our RV since access to bathhouse prone to flooding, gave us wi-fi password, and escorted us to site. After hokking up, I went to bathouse to sh hands. Sinks crawling with black bugs. Dark and dingy. Told wife not to go. Attempted to connect to wi-fi. Message on all 4 connections said password invalid.... More

The South was hit by record rainfall during this time! As NEW owners we have been addressing many things here @ the NEW Lumberton/I-95 KOA. We have been totally honest & forthreit with all of our guests including you. We discovered during this record rainfall that this is an area within the park that HOLDS water, but it DOES NOT... When I was planning my trip from Florida to NY I wanted to stay at this new KOA but was a little gun-shy due to some of the bad reviews I had read. It's in a great spot just over the NC borber only a few miles from south of the border. The more I read I realized that this... More

We have stayed here the past three years on our way to Florida for an overnight back and forth each way. The new owners were terrific. This is now a KOA. In just a few short months they have already made so many positive changes. I noticed them the minute I pulled up. The new owners are more than helpful... More

We stopped in for a overnight we booked ahead of time. We arrived late and found our paper work. We had trouble finding our site after dark as they were not clearly marked. We didn't use the bath house or pool. Hookups were sufficient and the pull thru was fairly snug. It's under new owners and they seem to know... More

We stayed over one night with Good Sam discount. Full hook ups. Many snow birds and permanent parties toward the back so us day people were put up front near the road so we wouldn't disturb anyone when we left. There was a small fenced in area for dogs - one for large and one for small. Not really a... More

Should a person living in a North American Van Lines trailer allowed to be a resident in an rv park? I think not! Our overnight stop is about as much as I can take. I asked for a site away from the highway and was parked near the month to months. Not a good place to be.

We got full hookups with Good Sam discount. Older park, owners were very nice and accommodating in person and on the phone. We were given a long double site to fit our 40' mh with tow. Stayed one night. Gravel interior lanes and sites. Some shade. Good wifi and good cable with limited channels. Right off I-95 so there's some... More

We made an overnight stop here - had reservations and arrived after the office was closed. There was a friendly greeting and map in the "night box" with directions to our site. Had good satellite reception, easy in-easy out campground. Close to plenty of restaurants and convenience places. No noticeable noise from I-95 from our site. I've read other comments... More

Although the couple at the front desk when we arrived were cordial this did little to make up for the poor condition of the park. Our campsite was barely big enough to fit our class B . The bathroom were rundown and needed a good cleaning. All in all for $30 we expected a little more.
