Cabin was good, secluded and in a valley, trees and mountains everywhere. Had everything in it. The kitchen space was a bit small and there was no dishwasher. They provided all the toiletries and linens. All in all enjoyed my stay here.

Great little cabin far from life's annoyances. All the amenities are accounted for, at a decent rate. We've had three stays over ten years and have had the property to ourselves each time. After three stays we still are finding new experiences and surprises in the parks around. Note that AT&T coverage is completely non-existent anywhere in this part of... More

My wife and I stayed this past weekend in a lovely cabin right on the blue ridge parkway! Very well furnished and clean as a whistle. We rode our motorcycle up, the gravel driveway is in great shape. Short ride up to Freebornes eatery. We will definitely be back!!

We really enjoyed ourselves over this past (Labor Day) weekend at Ravine cabin. It's a really quaint little cabin with nice amenities for a long weekend stay. The only thing that could dampen your stay is if you had loud rowdy neighbors or noisy children in the other two cabins since the three cabins are close together. Also, the neighbor's... More

If you are looking for a peaceful, serene setting, this is the place for you! The cabin was very comfortable for 3 plus our dog. We were able to grill outside and roast marshmallows in the fire pit. West Jefferson is close enough should you need staples. We will be back!

My husband and I arrived after a long day of bike riding on our bicycles and we were disappointed that there was no one to greet us and there was no internet or cell service to contact anyone. Our bags had not yet been delivered and we needed to contact the tour company as we were hungry and tired. When... More

We loved the cabin "Ravine". We spent our 21st wedding anniversary there. It is very close to the Blue Ridge Parkway, which we drove Fri. and Sat. beautiful colors in the trees this time of year. Our only complaints are that; the cabin interior walls need to be dust mopped, there is dust on all the walls, the curtains were... More

Our second visit (in June) was just what we were looking for: peaceful, lovely scenery, and solitude. Our 1st visit was slightly marred by stormy weather (in September), so we ventured back to the Blue Ridge Parkway to re-visit our lovely cabin in the mountains. The 3 cabins sit in a valley surrounded by rolling hills and full of songbirds.... More

I had some trouble finding the property, and then, with no cell signal had to drive back to a local Biker establishment to use the phone to get the code for the door in order to get in (I think I missed a crucial e-mail or letter that would of given me both the directions and the code for the...
