I saw reviews here of people that loved Apple Valley Villas, and since it was reasonably priced, and I was staying for 2 nights, I figured it would be fine. Everything was fine, from check-in to check-out. The weather did not cooperate but we managed by reading a lot. The accommodation was just fine. Good location. Furnished very nice. The food at Lakeside, Azalea and The Backdoor restaurants were average. Lakeside was overpriced. Azalea looked old. the Backdoor was overspriced. The service at all three places was excellent. more

Everything was well appointed and convenient. The villa was beautifully decorated and the resort facilities gave us everything we were looking for in a romantic weekend. We felt like we were the only ones there! more

A great retreat to stay at. The lake is so pretty. The golf courses, pool, and spa is just great. I was treated with such respect and everyone was great. I attended a wedding a the wedding planner Kathy DiNatali was excellent. Everything was perfect and we all had a great time. more

This place is horrendous. I specifically paid for a room with internet, but it didn't have it. Only two rooms have internet and they were both in use. The parking lot was being paved so had to park far away and drag luggage across new pavement. Asked for another room and they wanted an extra $180. Check-in is at 4:00... more
