OK well where I start!! Checked in got to room it was well, ummm u get what u pay for I guess! The only nice thing in the room was the new TV and ac unit! The bed was older then I am! Then as I am trying to unpack I start noticing the nastiness to the room! Come to... more

We arrived in Kinston Saturday night for an event Sunday afternoon. My room was OK, but my brother received a room where the paint was not yet dry. There were nails sticking out of the carpet. He asked for a new room and they gave him a room with all the furniture from the other rooms they were fixing up.... more

I reserved a room with this hotel in March of 2005 and stayed in October 2005 so you would think I would get what I reserved right? Wrong, I reserved a king size smoking room and when I got there "all they had left" was a double non-smoking room. Well I can deal with that. But when I got there... more
