Our getaway was more than what we had hoped for! We stayed 3 days in the luxury suite downstairs and it was AMAZING!! The suite was clean, spacious, extremely comfortable, and the water view from our private porch was soothing. Just what we needed to bring down our stress levels. We enjoyed watching the procession of the goslings as they... More

Best B&B ever! Owmer is a graceous hostess. Everything is beautiful, comfortable and immaculate. Delicious breakfasts in peaceful setting. Easy access to Hwy 12 for driving up and down outer banks. Would love to go there again!

This is our second time staying here. Our friends discovered this place a few years ago, and since then we've come here twice with a group of four couples. The individual rooms offer privacy, while the dining area and two porches offer a common area for socializing. The views from either porch are stunning. The B&B is located on Colington... More

My husband & I stayed here for our 1 year anniversary. It was our first experience at a B&B and I think we picked the perfect one. Wonderful hospitality & delicious food! The innkeepers really go above & beyond. They had champagne waiting in our mini fridge for us when we arrived - such a nice touch! The inn is... More

Our second stay at collington creek inn and it was wonderful. Previous reviews hit the nail on the head. The food is fabulous, the house is spotless with a great mixture of old and new. Bob, Mae, and Teresa are the finest example of southern hospitality. We're ready for our next trip back. Joanne and Ken

Mae and Bob make you feel right at home with IMMACULATE accommodations, exceptional hospitality to include wine and cheese in the afternoons, available snacks and drinks in your room, evening goodies, amazing breakfasts and breathtaking scenery and grounds. A must see! A must stay! This... More

To begin with, I am am clean freak. This bed and breakfast was spotless!!! The decor was beautiful, and the owners were very kind. The breakfast- oh my!! The sweet potato pancakes were yummy! My husband is not really a sweet food eater, but he ate those lol!! We will definitely be back, hopefully before the year is out!!

Colington Creek Inn has become my most frequented bed and breakfast. It gives me the feeling of peace and happiness. Mae and her husband are so warm and pleasant, I almost feel like they are family. The rooms are beautifully appointed and have the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in, including my own. Mae makes a delightful breakfast that... More

I visited by myself, as a retreat away from my busy life and this was the perfect choice! The water views were sensational and a short drive to the beach. I enjoyed evenings on the outside swing looking over the water and reading. The rooms were beautiful and clean with a sun porch to eat and relax. The breakfasts were... More

We have had some very pleasant experiences at B&B's but....be prepared to be spoiled, and take a note from the South, slow down and just relax. The owners, Mae and Bob, have put so much TLC into the Inn. You will think you have walked into a spread from Southern Living Magazine. And yet, they are the most unpretentious, wonderful,... More
