Reasonably priced place to stay, we were welcoming a marine home from his deployment. Room was dark, as was the bedspread and drapes. Bed was OK. Website said HBO, but there was none. The staff was friendly and made us feel welcome.

No bells and whistles just plan hospitality and kind very helpful staff and a nice breakfast bar. Coffee available 24/7 and WI-FI. Clean. About a mile from Camp Lejeune and very convenient to shopping and many types of restaurants. Beaches are about a half an hour way. We went to Emerald Isle which was beautiful. Topsail and Surf City are... More

This place is amazing! The beds could be a little softer, but it was an overall great place. There is a pool and hot tub, also a game room. Breakfast was good and didn't end until 10am! The room had a kitchenette and dishes in it! Everyone was great and nice, and they even gave us a discount since we... More

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to make sure our stay was very pleasant. Gave us very helpful information on what to see and where to eat while we were here. The only thing that I would change is if they had dvd players in the rooms.

My boyfriend stayed here in August of 2014 while at maintenance chief school. He found the room just right, with the kitchenette. Indoor pool and near by shopping also good for an extended stay. Upon returning home, he realized the statement at checkout indicated the room had two occupants, and therefore the corps would only pay out half his travel... More

I stayed at the Liberty Inn for three nights. The location was perfect for me as I was attending a wedding nearby. The property is older but nice. My standard room was clean, and the bed very comfortable. The property was beautifully decorated for Christmas. I did use the hot tub, and it was certainly relaxing. I liked the convenience... More

We stayed at this hotel one night for the first time and I had roaches in my room. We called the front desk and the night clerk did not report or more our room. Then when asked for our money back they said no. I will NEVER stay at this hotel again.

At 130 AM was greeted by a vert courtesy woman who i was fortunate to share good words with. She was very considerate towards my mother who is in a wheelchair and changed our accommodations to the first floor. My visit brought me to welcome home a few good men back from their deployment. Since military arrival can be understandbly... More

We spent 7 days at The Liberty Inn in Jacksonville, North Carolina. We had a room with a kitchenette. They provided everything from a full size refrigerator to a dishwasher. They provide the dishes and silverware, along with the soap for the dishwasher. It's not a real fancy hotel but it was a nice place to stay. We didn't have any... More

Not a great place to stay if you enjoy being treated like a human being. The staff are nosy and disrespectful. One followed me outside to ask me why I was smoking in a designated smoker's area instead of smoking in my room. Talk about annoyances. The beds are gross too. Sheets feel dirty, springs are right under the surface... More
