For $145 per night, this hotel was not what I expected. After travelling a 16 hour day the day before, we were awakened not once, but 3 times by maids banging on our door starting at 9am the following morning. The hotel is extremely clean. The room was very comfortable. The staff made the experience a great one. Corina at the front desk provided extremely friendly service and was very understanding when I called a month later to get a receipt. This hotel is run the way hotels are supposed to be! I am currently staying at this hotel because I am in town for the USBC bowling tournament and I am really impressed! We are staying in a room with 2 beds and it is beautiful. Forget sleeping if you stay on the highway side of this hotel. It is located on a very busy and very noisy section of I-77. Fridge didn't work, bathroom exhaust fan didn't work, no remote for TV, and a staff that wasn't real nice. The beds were comfy but the noise was unbearable. more

We have stayed at and recommended this hotel several times, but during our recent visit, there were 15 rooms booked to a band who was performing in the area and were told they could smoke even though it was a non-smoking hotel.
