1946 start-up-just right for us. Very clean, sentimental, gracious host. Recommend to all. For people who give bad reviews, they don't have respect for down home, genuine, honest mountain souls. Great place to stay!

My wife and I stayed here for one night on our trip to Hot Springs. It was $69/night. The room definitely had a bit of personality to it, and seemed a little old fashioned topped off by that distinct old smell of your grandmother's house. It served it's purpose and didn't seem like it was unclean or anything. I can't... More

For $69, you get nothing out of the ordinary. No refrigerator, no microwave, no coffee (in room or in lobby), no clock, no wireless, no hangers. Girl at desk didn't know where anything was in town. And when I asked her if they had an ice machine, all she said was, "No. We sure don't." I thought she might offer... More

This is an old time motel right in Hot Springs, the bed and cleanliness were so so but it was perfect for the night as I was joining a group the next day to hike for a few days, inexpensive and delightfully homey.

We were planning to hike part of the App Trail and enjoy the Hot Springs and our 1st choices to stay were booked. Lucky for us, because the Alpine Court was clean, comfortable, roomy, and convenient! We had a great stay and would highly recommend Alpine Court.

My friends and I stayed here after hiking on the Appalachian Trial, because we felt the Iron Horse Hotel would be too noisy being next to the railroad. They take no credit cards and the rooms are one star at best. I would not advise a woman to stay here alone as the entry doors have the cheap "twist" lock... More

This place was really run down. The swimming pool was not usable, but still filled with water that had green stuff floating on top, The pool looked as if it had been unusable for years and the fence around it was in need of repair, so it appeared that a young child could get in there and fall in. Nothing... More

It was actually in summer 2009 my family did not have a place to stay on a Sunday evening quite late We were in an emergency situation after coming off a rafting trip several hours later than expected. We were too tired to drive all the way back to Johnston County, 4 1/2 hours away. The owner, and I'm ashamed... More
