If you like an outdoor rustic hot tub experience this is it. Red neck hot tub. Along with the rustic cabins. Bring your own linens for $66 to $75 a night. Really. My opinion. They need to build a real resort.

We were seriously disappointed! We were told it was a suite, nothing about it was. It said there was a hot tub in every room. It was not a hot tub, it was a Jacuzzi tub, very big difference! The room was old and junky and smelled very musty. I would give anything had I read the reviews and not... More

I recently booked a one night for a birthday surprise for my husband. I didn't expect white glove service but I didn't expect such a disappointment either..We paid $145 for one night which is more than an average hotel/motel room which would have been a lot nicer for the money..The main building looks like a huge double wide with dirt... We stayed in room S1 Vance Suite, the bed was too small for two people, the couch was uncomfortable to sit for a long movie, the tub was nice, there was no fan or window in the bathroom, and they have free wifi in the room.

Thank god someone warned us about the staff. From the beginning they seemed to make our experience more difficult and less enjoyable. We visited the Hot Springs Resort and Spa for a private mineral soak. First - making the reservation was a multiple day affair. The online reservation request is an absolute farce - don't waste your time. This means... More

We visit Hot Springs every October, and we always make a point of visiting the spa! The mineral soaks are extremely relaxing, little huts that face the French Broad river, fresh mineral water that is drained and refilled after every use. Our favorite part of the resort is the massage sessions. If you decide to get an integrative massage ask... More

This place is not a campground! When we first pulled in the first thing we seen was a tent set up with people living here!! They had a old golf cart parked in front of the tent that was missing a front wheel. There were a few trailers that looked like they were fulltimers in the park. The road were... More

Such a unique and fun experience! A nice young man walked us to our private mineral soak where we enjoyed an hour's worth of relaxation while watching the nearby river flow thru this beautiful area. The water temperature of the soak was perfect, as I cannot stay in a hot tub very long without becoming nauseous. It wasn't as hot... More

Very disappointing. We rented a suite @ $240.00 per night. What a piece of crap. Should have been remodeled back in 1965 but was never done. Room had an awful musty odor, Twin sized bed for 2 people to sleep in , I ended up sleeping on the couch. No A/C in bedroom, No shower in the room, My wife... More

One word - OUTSTANDING. The entire staff were fantastic. I enjoyed the 1 hour soak. Very private, and a great view of the river. The place has a very extensive history story behind it. The town is beautiful. Be sure to see the old trustle bridge. MUST SEE/DO.
