Such a unique and fun experience! A nice young man walked us to our private mineral soak where we enjoyed an hour's worth of relaxation while watching the nearby river flow thru this beautiful area. The water temperature of the soak was perfect, as I cannot stay in a hot tub very long without becoming nauseous. It wasn't as hot... More

Very disappointing. We rented a suite @ $240.00 per night. What a piece of crap. Should have been remodeled back in 1965 but was never done. Room had an awful musty odor, Twin sized bed for 2 people to sleep in , I ended up sleeping on the couch. No A/C in bedroom, No shower in the room, My wife... More

One word - OUTSTANDING. The entire staff were fantastic. I enjoyed the 1 hour soak. Very private, and a great view of the river. The place has a very extensive history story behind it. The town is beautiful. Be sure to see the old trustle bridge. MUST SEE/DO.

Wanted to post photos of the cabin interior for people looking into this campsite since their website has none. We stayed in cabin #6 which sleeps 5 and includes a half bath. The configuration was different from the typical layout of the KOA cabins. There were 3 bunks. Two were doubles and one single. The AC was cold, the bathroom... More

I stayed Thurs. & Fri. of the July 4th holiday...yes it was crowded and close quarters but what do you expect on a long holiday weekend! I did not wait in line for the restroom and the staff was very cheerful and helpful despite the crowd that was there. Since it was my first solo camp experience I found some... More

Granted it was a holiday weekend, the campsites are still right on top of each other. No privacy and no way we (or our dog) could relax with people camping 30 feet from us on 3 sides of our site with the road on 4th. It's not worth the money. We pulled right out of there and started our 14... More

Every tub is private and they all have a great view of spring Creek or the French broad river. The mineral water relaxes your muscles really well. Great value. We went there after rafting with the French broad Whitewater rafting company so the relaxation was much needed.

My boyfriend took me here for our anniversary and it was more than I was expecting. The massage we got was fabulous, the tubs were luxurious, and the staff was the best. There was one girl named Kelly who had the brightest personality and was so helpful to us! Cannot wait to go back again soon!

We had a great time in the hot tub on the river, it was clean and very private no need for swim wear, you can bring your own drinks and snacks. The number 5 unit we used was great try to get the number 5 or 16 if you can after a nice fire to relax. We also had a... More

My husband has been discussing visiting the Hot Springs for a while now. He surprised me while we were in NC. We didn't stay at the resort but just enjoyed the soak. Thankfully, we were there on a Monday so no crowds or waiting to deal with. We were greeted warmly and the only thing that surprised us was the... More
