I have taken my family camping here for over a decade. Great car camping along a beautiful River in a small mountain town. Bathhouses are typically clean. Great place to go, relax and drink a beer without worries of being harassed by your neighbors. One caveat...late night/early morning trains on tracks that border the property. It doesn't bother me and... More

We stayed 2 nights at a campsite and 3 nights in one of their small cabins (w/ AC) durign the month of July. It is a great location within view of the French Broad River and within walking distance to the Appalachian Trail and the town of Hot Springs. If we return to Hot Springs we would definitely consider staying... More

We stayed in the Wana Luna suite for 1 night @$200/night. I agree with a lot of commenters that the room was a bit musty, but our A/C and ionizer helped with that smell. The king sized bed was just replaced and felt firm. But, the place the bed directly under a vent that has never been cleaned. You can... More

I did not go to the spa, but did camp in the campground across the street. This place has so much potential but overall the riverfront camp sites aren't enough to forget about the following: 1) being 30 feet from the train tracks (trains ran until 2 am and were very loud/squeaky. 2) rustic for sure but in an effort... I was recovering from a rough life event, so I went to Hot Springs to get away for a weekend. My weekend turned into a week and a half and I did not want to leave then. It's the perfect place to decompress, relax and enjoy nature. The mineral springs hot tubs along the French Broad River are wonderful. There's... More

We stayed at the spa.. The wanna lunna I think... It was old and dated but very relaxing and well worth the price to have the mineral bath available. The tubs were perfect it is simply a hot tub not a jacuzzi. Very enjoyable. Staff was very friendly and will certainly do it again.....a ceiling fan would have complimented the... More

I've always wanted to hike the AT but as a new mom we probably wouldn't be doing that anytime soon. Fortunately in Hot Springs we were able to do about an hour hike near the town and then relax after at the hot springs resort hot tubs. The resort was very pleasant and the hot tubs are in private areas... More

Treated to a full body massage as a gift from daughter and daughter in law. Spakle was my massage therapist! She was excellent. I never had had a massage. She put me at ease as she explained process!!! It was AMAZING!! I highly recommend having a massage by Sparkle if you are in Hot Springs. The resort and spa is... More

We love coming here! Relaxation in nature is the best. His was our first time with warmer weather and the cool mist from above the tubs were nice. We try to visit atleast once a month, plus they gave us a discount because of the state we live in. I would suggest calling ahead of time to make sure there... More

Stayed two nights in the mountain park room and it was a Hugh apartment. Very homey and comfortable. Had everything we needed and private. Never heard noise from neighbors, very clean not wheelchair accessible. Had to go up one flight of stairs, but that was ok for us. We used the mineral baths twice, came with our stay. You make...
