The cabin wasn’t anything fancy (no showers and must bring your own sheets) but it was clean and very quaint. The hot tub experience was great. We rented the private tub a few times. It was so relaxing and afterwards my skin never felt so soft.

We had to stay in Hot Springs for an event. We opted for a suite with a tub that got water from the springs. Stating with the CONS: Most of the tubs in the suites are heart shaped & small. And not romantic small, I mean cramped, sitting up knees bent can't straighten legs unless your well under average height... More

We went here for the hot tub experience and stayed elsewhere overnight. The attendants are friendly and helpful: from greeting and checking you in and leading you to change and rest rooms to escorting you to your reserved spa and coming back for you when your hour is over. The setting is very nice, and we paid extra for a... More

While we didn't stay at the resort, we took advantage of an hour soak at the spa. It was a frosty morning and the tub is outdoors, but that made for a great "remember when" time. The attendants are friendly and helpful and soaking in the tub while watching robins and squirrels in the trees was relaxing and very enjoyable.... More

We were visiting friends in Cornelius who have stayed in the cabins several times. They wanted us to experience the hot springs with them and so they booked Suite #3 at the resort. Nice accommodations----2 bedrooms, a full bath with shower, half bath and a separate room with a heart shaped hot tub. There was a sitting area, small kitchen... More

Took a day trip in from Asheville. I reserved a deluxe hot tub for two. It was excellent. Very private and we had a water view. Peaceful. Light snow added to the experience. Would definitely recommend.

Whether it's worth spending $200+ a night for a decidedly rustic (ie shabby) cabin depends on the value you ascribe to the hot tub. A private, natural mineral spring tub at your doorstep is a delight, and we certainly made the most of it. But Cabin 10 itself has a long way to go before delivering that kind of value.... More

No way to control heat. Room was over the top hot in temperature . "Hot tub"'was a jacuzzi with water fed from tanks , not from direct source as from mineral spring tubs along riverside. Bed was hard. Most lighting was fluorescent lights in a drop down ceiling.

If you like an outdoor rustic hot tub experience this is it. Red neck hot tub. Along with the rustic cabins. Bring your own linens for $66 to $75 a night. Really. My opinion. They need to build a real resort.

We were seriously disappointed! We were told it was a suite, nothing about it was. It said there was a hot tub in every room. It was not a hot tub, it was a Jacuzzi tub, very big difference! The room was old and junky and smelled very musty. I would give anything had I read the reviews and not... More
