My wife and I love coming this mountain top retreat. It is so relaxing and purely breath taking in the morning sitting on the deck. Our favorite time of the year is early fall with crisp mountain air just takes you away. WE have enjoyed coming to the inn every year since 2008. Great place! Keep the great work Pete... More

Wow what an amazing front yard with rope hammocks among the trees to just lie back & relax. Heavenly looking up at the sky through the trees. Spent one night at this Inn and loved. Had one of the smallest rooms, which was fine and it still had a fireplace. The bed was very comfortable. Yes, Hot Springs is a... More

My daughter's wedding was at Mountain Magnolia Inn. The accommodations for family was perfect including their gourmet hearty breakfast. All the staff were warm and attentive with a calming influence for this first time mother of the bride. I highly recommend this B&B for a wedding or just a relaxing visit!

The manager worked hard to find another room in the area but was not able to. We had to leave the planned vacation, cancel the hot spring spa time and go back to Asheville. The Lower Chalet is apparently pet friendly and a pet had made the room smell. Staff cleaned and used Febreeze to mask the odor. The smell... More

I sincerely apologize for your experience in the Chalet. I have been out of town in Panama and thought we had the issue resolved. We have cleaned, replaced things and had the carpet cleaned and yet the odor persists. Our next attempt to knock out some of the foundation and put in some vents to allow the crawl space to... More

I left my Bible in our room when we departed. I phoned them and could tell that Pete and his staff were as alarmed as I was that I had left it. They did not want to take the risk that we might no longer live at the address on the inside cover. So they had been searching for my... More

This was our second stay at the Mountain magnolia Inn. We stayed in the Walnut suite both times and it seems like home. Beautiful grounds and the surrounding mountains are a sight to see. Beth checked us in the day of arrival and really made us feel welcome. The room was spacious and very inviting with a gas fireplace, king... More

The property is beautiful and the perfect place for a wedding. The staff at the inn were fantastic!! They met each of us & called us by name every time we ran into them. I was very impressed with the way they handled the unexpected rain & went with the flow to make Tony & Erica's wedding a dream, despite... More

Had dinner there to celebrate our 40th. We ate out on the veranda. Food was fantastic. Service was great. The view of the mountains at sunset was incredible. Pricey, but well worth it. Can't wait to go back.

A buddy and I spent a night at the Inn, and had a nice relaxing visit. Not much to do in town, but we liked the general hardware store, and saw several thru-hikers from the Appalachian trail. The inn could use a little TLC in the sleeping rooms, but beautiful, historic décor and the grounds were very nice with lots... More

Service is fantastic. Thank you Gina. Thank you Pete. This Inn is clearly the high point of a small mountain community. The lawn and gardens are maintained very nicely. The Inn is also well maintained and attractively decorated. We stayed in the Walnut Room. OK, the floors squeaked a little, but you expect that from an older Inn. And it... More
