A wonderfully charming place. Very friendly, helpful staff. Our room was great , a king sized bed that was incredibly comfortable. a large tv and even a fireplace! We have never been to Highlands in the winter, much less at Christmastime. It includes a breakfast bar that we enjoyed daily. It is close to downtown Highlands, but remote enough to... More

We like coming to Highlands to shop and enjoy the architecture. Sometimes though it is nice to get away from the busy town and relax. We found that relaxing place at this hotel. Although it is only a few blocks from the downtown area, it is quieter there and the lobby is spacious with a nice view of the grounds.... More

We were fortunate to get a last minute room due to a cancellation. Everyone we talked to at the hotel and dealing with our reservation was very friendly and obviously cared that we enjoy our stay. Room was clean but was pretty average. The bed was really hard. The hotel was a great location - just a short walk from... More

Every staff member here went above and beyond to help us have a great vacation. I was here for four days and enjoyed chatting with the staff. The complimentary breakfast was great and we really enjoyed the cookies in the evening. Our room had a refridge and was clean and comfortable. Very quiet place away from noise and traffic.

Came here for a wedding for friends of ours and checked in a day early so we could make a mini vacation out of it. This hotel suited our needs. It was quiet and relaxing for us. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast each morning(Crazy about the fresh waffles). We took a dip in the hot tub in the eve with... More

My wife and I stayed here on our first visit to Highlands. We came last minute and were a bit hesitant to stay here because of some of the negative reviews. The Lodge, however, proved to be a good place to call home for a couple of nights. While off of the main street, it is in easy walking distance... More

We stayed here for three days. They offer pet rooms and actually have a few acres with grass that you can run your pup and play. Downstairs down and out rooms make this hotel so convenient. Breakfast was good. Not understanding the bad breakfast reviews on here. What hotel gives you full breakfast with such moderate rates? People are just... More
