Stayed two nights. Hot water was WARM/TEPID and had to have the AC repaired. Rooms were clean, but plastic glasses (should provide real glass) were no up to the standard compared to the overall hotel experience. Ask for an updated room.

Group of 7 friends from high school went to the Highlands, 1st time for most of us. Highlands Inn is a great place to stay, good location, great rates and the staff was more than accommodating to all of us. Will certainly recommend and would love to stay there again. Thank you Sabrina and to all of your staff for... More

I have to start by saying I had seen a few negative reviews before we came up this time and was a little nervous as to why this place was getting negative reviews! Well I have to say that the people that wrote those negative reviews are either crazy or the type of person that nothing makes them happy! We... More

Hello Scarlett: Thank you for your wonderful review. I do appreciate you taking the time to write it. We have thousands of very happy guests, like yourself and upwards of 75 daily that do not take the time to write about their positive experience. I get several thank you emails each week from those guests, but they are just too... More

We have enjoyed staying at the Highlands Inn Lodge for many years and look forward to staying here again each and every time we are in Highlands. The rooms are comfortable, the location is perfect, the staff treats us like family and the mountain air is just better there! The feeling of welcome and the fact that everyone always goes... More

My husband and I have been staying at the Highlands Inn Lodge at least 2 times a year for the past 10 years and hope to continue for the next 10. We love the balcony rooms that allow you to sit outside and enjoy the morning and evening air of the mountains. Friendly atmosphere, clean rooms and excellent customer service.... More

I've never left such a bad review before but I just had to say something. Where are the owners of this property? Clearly they do not care at all about this place. When we checked in they gave us a room other than what we had reserved and not nearly as nice. We showed them our registration confirmation with the... More

Our family has loved this Inn and returned every year, but it is not the same. The location is great and the beds comfortable. But that is where the pluses stop. To begin with, don't rely on the quoted price. I was quoted a price for two rooms, however when we arrived, one of the rooms was not available. Instead... More

My husband and I visited the Highlands for a wedding, and when we booked our room, we were unfamiliar with any of the lodging options. I wish I had done more research. The only good thing about our choice was its location, right down the road from the Highlands Country Club. This hotel is very run down and needs a... More

We are back in highlands once again and the highlands lodge is once again awesome! They are currently renovating and what they have done do far is fantastic ! We travel with our dog so they are pet friendly as well! They have replaced the carpets with hardwood so that is nice when traveling with a pet! New furniture and... More

I happened to be in Highlands in need of a hotel and stumbled on the Lodge. It is practically downtown and so convenient! I checked in late at night and they made me feel very welcome. My room was spacious, clean, quiet and I loved having outdoor access to my car from the first floor. I slept very well! In... More
