They do have a continental breakfast with cereal, a little bit of fruit, and some microwaveable omelets/french toast/etc. which is nice since everything there is so expensive. Had to negotiate to arrive at the rate already quoted to my sister; the air conditioner responded on its own schedule (controls confusing and no "instant gratification" to warm room); mattresses mushy, worn out. I stay at Hampton Inns 10 or 12 times a year... this one a total surprise (and not a good one). more

We were there for 3 nights and did not have a single negative experience. The hotel was very clean and very well supplied. The employees and management were all very friendly and anxious to meet our needs. more

This is the only chain hotel in downtown Highlands (though I think the Historic Highlands Inn is also owned by the Hilton Group). The hotel is just a couple of mins walk from the start of the shops etc, and about 5-7 mins walk from the main restaurants and shops in the town. Very convenient indeed!
