We stayed one night, got a room at the last minute, and therefore were in probably one of the smaller rooms at this hotel - I think it was rm 432, at the end, near the fire exit stairs. This may have been the smallest hotel room I've ever stayed in, but the arrangement of furniture and amenities made it... more

This was a very nice Hampton Inn. The room was clean and spacious and the bed and pillows were excellent. The bathroom had nice thick towels. My only minor complaint was insufficient electrical outlets We would certainly stay here again. more

I spent 3 nights in the Hampton Inn and my stay there would have been great. The rooms were very clean and comfortable and the rates were reasonable. The problem started with $107.17 hold on my debit card in addition to the room charge. I was able to work with the staff to get the hold off my card and... more

We had a wonderful 3 day stay here! The king size room on the first floor was spacious and clean. The linens were nice and the bed was super comfy. The staff were all very cheerful and helpful, even on Christmas day. I would certainly recommend a stay here. more

We usually stay at Hampton Inns, as we usually are happy with the value for the cost. However, THIS Hampton Inn is one of the best we've stayed in. The bathroom was a different (and obviously new) arrangement - with a corner vanity that had open shelves underneath for storage of toiletries. Everything was clean, the linens were glorious, the... more

We flew to Charlotte, drove to Hendersonville, and had no trouble finding the Hampton Inn. We stayed one night, having chosen it because of a favorable rate, and easy proximity to Hendersonville and Etowah. Check in was no problem and the first floor room with a king size bed was very nice. The bathroom was also well appointed with a... more

Check-in: Not good. The lady and her male employee at the front desk were not in a good mood . The other front desk attendents (two older ladies) were very nice the day after. Room: Great, spacious, and clean. Excellent house keeping staff. Sheets and towels were new and clean. Beds very confortable. We loved it. Breakfast: The best of... more

The room was extremely clean, with nice modern decor, recently renovated. Beds were comfortable and we loved the duvets. Complimentary internet access worked great. The room was a little more spacious than we anticipated -- we had a king bed and a sofabed, and also set up 2 Pack-N-Plays for our youngest ones and still did not feel cramped for... more

A wonderfully clean and very accommadating hotel. Staff very friendly. Hotel has just remodeled and is in great shape. Are adding an indoor pool but not yet finished. I diffinetely would recommend this hote. Nice big beds, fluffy duvets and the mattress is pretty good. A great antique mall really close by. Breakfast is O.K. but the coffee is great. more

My wife and I stayed at the Hampton Inn in Hendersonville in early September 2007. Only two of the four floors were available for occupancy due to continued renovations at the property. Signage in the lobby and on the Hilton family of hotels website clearly stated the hotel is "under extensive renovation." The room we had was newly renovated with... more
