We stayed here last weekend for a night. I've stayed in a lot of B & B throughout the country. This one is one of the worst but the location is wonderful. When we checked in things looked pretty good except we had to ask for cheese and wine glasses. The cheese was out of a bag and served on... More

I stayed here last November, and I plan on staying again this month. This is an excellent B&B for the price. This is not a fancy smanshy B&B, It's more like staying in your grandmas house or family home. The staff was excellent, the public rooms were very nice and relaxing, breakfast was okay, but not consistent, and took a... More

We were looking forward to staying near the shopping area and revitalized downtown area of Hendersonville .The Inn was within walking distance but the shops pretty much closed up at 5 pm. There was nothing to do after 5 except eat at a few restaurants. The stay at the Inn was a huge disappointment. The Inn is located between to... More

Location is the key to the Claddagh Inn. The location is both good and bad. The good is that it is three blocks from a delightful Hendersonville main street with shops and restaurants. The bad is that street is very noisy, trucks all night. This is the noisiest Inn in which we have ever stayed. The Inn is large with... More

We stayed at this B and B with friends for a long weekend. The house is old (1897) but in good shape and is clean. The beds were a little on the uncomfortable side. Our room had a window AC unit that kept us comfortable at night and a claw-foot tub with a somewhat makeshift shower curtain arrangement. The hot... More

Normally when you stay at a B & B for just one night, all you're interested in is a good bed and a decent breakfast. Well at the Claddagh Inn in Hendersonville, NC we had both of that and more! My wife & I had never been to Hendersonville before but since we wanted to attend the Apple Festival, we... More

Our 1-night stay was very pleasant. Mark checked us in and was very nice. The afternoon wine & cheese was simple since it was a Monday night and only a few people were expected but the cool glass of good chardonay was refreshing and welcome. We liked our room, #11. Rocking on the front porch after dinner and with coffee... More

We only stayed one Saturday night, but it was a great weekend trip. This Inn was right on Main St only a block from the sidewalks lined with restaurant's and taverns of down town. Check in was easy. The host was pleasant and helpful at the reception desk. Our room, 211, was on the second floor. It had a large... More

My wife and I recently stayed at the Claddagh Inn and it was a nice stay. Andrew serves an awesome breakfast. If you're looking for a low-key, friendly B&B near downtown Hendersonville, NC this is a great spot at a very reasonable price.

If you go, stay away from room 103. The mattresses are as old as the Inn. The 12" color TV was circa 1990 and the remote control didn't work. A channel listing was no where to be found. The shower pan was molding and leaked all over the bathroom floor. The closet hangers were theft proof making it difficult to... More
