The Inn on Church Street is a lovely Inn, very centrally located in downtown Hendersonville and close to Asheville. The room we stayed in was quite large and the breakfast each day was excellent. The service terrific as well. We would highly recommend this Inn. more

We have stayed at the Inn on Church Street numerous times. We keep coming back because we love the charm of the old building and we are always made to feel welcome by the wonderful staff. Dining is a pleasure, too, with many selections from which to choose. The guest rooms we've stayed in are not large, but are very... more

Visited during the near peak color weekend for the Fall leaves. Nice room, good restaurant. Near Jumpoff Rock, where one can see beautiful mountain scenery for many miles. Downtown Hendersonville is quaint and interesting, where you can leisurely walk and spend hours in the many stores. And only a few minutes away in Flatroock is Carl Sandburg's home. All the... more

Stayed at Inn on Church weekend of 10/23-25. The room was smallish but very nicely appointed. This place is an historic Inn and very beautiful. If you are looking for modern this is not it. Staff was friendly and helpful. Downside- the food at breakfast was poor at best. The house specialty "the fritatta" was precooked and not very hot... more

The three of us ( myself, partner and my sister) thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff was courteous, friendly and helpful. Upon our arrival we were greeted by tantilizing aromas from the kitchen! We enjoyed a glass of wine in the sitting area before heading out to a family gathering. The complimentary breakfast offered an ample selection and was delicious. We... more

The Inn on Church Street was wonderful in so many ways. The room was huge and the bed was very comfortable. The staff was knowledgeable & extremely friendly. The food choices offered at breakfast were divine. The only two complaints we really had were that parking was limited and the shower was odd. more

One hang-up I have with B&Bs in general is that many in the NC mountains want a 2-night minimum stay of weekends. Since our trip was only for one night, I was pleased to find an inn with historic charm that was happy to welcome us overnight. We were in town for a funeral which started at check-in time. We... more

In town for a friend's wedding, my girlfriend and I stayed here for two nights. The location was perfect, though parking was very limited – due in part, I believe, to the annual Apple Festival that was under way. The inn itself is rustic yet charming with tidy accommodations. The rooms are small but comfortable and customized with various colors... more

I specifically wanted a place close to downtown for the apple festival. This was the perfect spot, just a short walk to Main. The Inn has a great wrap around porch to enjoy and the room was very comfortable and as described on the website. Parking may be a challenge, once I had a spot, I didn't move the car.... more

We've visited Hendersonville for a long time now and wish we had found the Inn sooner. Our room was huge and the Inn is beautiful. We started with drinks on the porch and ended up staying for dinner. Glad we did. Service is simple and efficient. more
