Ignore those reviews from 2007 and before. This hotel is quite nice. Newly renovated, and exceptionally friendly, helpful staff. I've never written a review before, but this property was worth the effort. We will definitely stay there again. more

My husband, our dog, and I stayed over Memorial Day weekend. The room was clean and nice. The front desk wasn't real friendly but were ok. When my husband and I walked our dog outside the hotel, our dog got a tick on him three different times and my husband got one on his ankle. I have emailed and told... more

This was a nice little hotel that we stayed at just before our stay at Biltmore Estate. We thought this was a very nice place...even though they were just being renovated. The staff was very polite and the breakfast was really good as well. We'll return to this property if we're in the area again. more

We needed a place to stay while visiting family and they had to allow our dog, so we booked a room at this property. The staff seem very friendly and I was told that the property is under renovation and is being upgraded and renewed. We were in one of the un upgraded rooms, probably because we had our dog... more

The staff at the hotel all seem to be new and they provide the WORST level of customer service I have ever experienced in a hotel and I travel over 200 nights per year. I am a Hyatt Gold Passport Diamond member, Starwood Preferred Gold, And Marriott Rewards "Platinum Elite". So I know what good and bad looks like. This... more

We had reserved 3 nights but checked out after one. The room smelled bad. Wallpaper peeling everywhere with mold underneath. Threadbare sheets with holes. We would have left immediately but were exhausted after driving all day. Didn't get much sleep though as we struggled all night to keep the bottom sheet on the bed. Towels were just as threadbare, no... more

We stayed here over the Thanksgiving holidays. Our rooms were big, clean, and comfortable. I felt very safe. Our room did not face the road so it was quiet. Some of the rooms do face the road. We had good maid service. The towels were rough but this is not a $$$ hotel. We had two beds and one set... more

I have traveled across the world, and the worst hotel "stay" ever was at the Ramada Inn in Hendersonville. The management performed their tasks with the upmost contempt. I was shocked at the indifference they exuded towards me and my family. When we entered our room, it was clearly a smokers room. When we asked for another, the owner claimed... more

We stayed in this hotel for 2 nights. I am not a picky person but I would not stay here again. The window wouldn't lock, the kleenex cover on the vanity kept falling on the floor, shower curtain was barely holding onto the wall, beds were not comfortable, the remote control would not work and the toilet wobbled when you... more

I have stayed at this motel repeatedly and it is a comfortable, friendly place. Not fancy, just comfortable. more
