Seaside Inn is a great place, conveniently placed close to the Ferry dock, markets and opposite to the Gas station. We stayed there for two days and found the experience to be very warm and pleasant. Both Chris and Tracey are great hosts and take care of their guest very well. The rooms are very cozy and comfortable. The fireplace... More

We just had a wonderful getaway in Hatteras North Carolina. The new INN keepers Chris and Tracie are friendly and welcomed us into the lovely Historical inn. There was a fire in the fireplace and the Christmas decorations also were a warm welcome when we arrived. It would be a beautiful place for a destination wedding or for a special gathering in their... Traveling on business. Stayed at the Seaside Inn 12/28/11 and was very pleasantly surprised. Not you're ususal B&B. The couple who recently took over Seaside are so nice and they went out uf their way to make our stay pleasurable. Rooms were super cute and clean. This would be a great place for reunions of any type. Had trouble with... More

We had been to the Seaside under a previous managment and this weekend was a wonderful surprise. The inn is a beautiful old building that the new managers are working hard to make even more charming. We had a cozy room with a great whirlpool tub. The sitting areas are inviting with lots of antiques, gas fireplaces and comfortable couches.... More

We literally stumbled upon the Seaside last year while looking for a place to spend the night. In the middle of tourist season! They had a room, gave us a great deal, & went out of their way to make us comfortable. So when we decided to return to the Outer Banks this year, Seaside Inn was our first reservation!... More

5min walking distance from the beach, calm place. Small beads and rooms, but not a major problem. Decor a little kitsch, but that makes it a BB. In a quiet place like Hatteras, it is a crime to stay in a chain hotel and expect the same thing all the time. That's the BB stuff all about: feel at home... More

Lovely place to stay. The breakfast room/lounge had the feeling of an old Cape May house or maybe something in Brighton. Not commercial at all. We felt like we were staying at someones' house, although we didn't see the owner/managers much, because, of course, they were busy running the Inn. Old hotel/b&b, run by people who are vested in the... More

Stayed here for a weekend in January - couldn't have had a warmer welcome. As I was out in the sound and offshore fishing I wanted real comfort when I got back. And that it just what I got - a great room - a comfortable lounge ( 2 in fact) - and a yummy breakfast the next morning. Real... More

First, I must admit how very hard to please I can be regarding accomodations and dining. That being said, I have not a single complaint about our stay at this lovely inn except that we didn't have more to enjoy it. It is very comfortable, clean and inviting. My husband and I felt at home and really had a wonderful... More
