Very nice hotel, safe and clean. Room very attractive and comfortable. Pool was nice. Only problem was getting breakfast; didn't look like the "café" area was really being used much but then again I didn't really ask as we were rushing. Across from hospital with good lighting and close to ECU. Staff was courteous. Would stay here again but would... More

I have stayed at this property 6 times in the last year. I can tell you it is a consistent Marriott property. The property is very clean. There are not many restaurants close and the taxi service is mediocre at best. This week I saw several groups giving up on leaving. Then eating at the bistro. To their surprise they... More

I stay at this Courtyard because it's the closes by Marriott to my hometown and visiting family. I stay on a regular basis being I lost my Mom a year ago so I travel on a regular basis to visit my Dad. Every time I stay here, it's a pleasure dealing with the General Manager Brad Mills because he makes... More

My friend and I drove in from Memphis for a conference and the hotel was wonderful. The staff was extremely friendly and our room was clean and comfortable. The hotel was also perfectly located near the university and stores and restaurants. The fitness center was also clean and up-to-date with its equipment. We also loved using the Jacuzzi and pool.... I don't stay at Courtyards often but I was pleasantly surprised at how recently updated this hotel was. The bed was comfortable, the shower how. The room was clean. We had one of the dreaded rooms next to the elevator and didn't hear it once. The hotel is across the street from the Children's Hospital, walking distance if you don't... More

Check-in was a breeze, the front desk clerk was friendly and efficient. Within minutes after walking through the door I was given a very warm welcome and my room key. My room was on the 3rd floor (top floor). It was fresh and clean. I liked the layout: king bed, large desk/work area with additional desk on wheels and large... More

We were in Greenville due to a family member's illness and eventual passing. We had been awake for a very long time and we were extremely stressed. The Greenville Courtyard staff immediately took care of us. I spoke with Madison and Brad and they both were empathetic and so accomodating. They found my family a quiet room, continued to check... When I checked out, I wasn't asked the standard "how was your stay"? I resided in 126, the toilet ran, the sink didn't work property and you had to possess the strength of Hercules to work the shower. NOT GOOD. The fact that there was no microwave in the room didn't sit well with me either. Needless to say I... More

So of course I love the layout of the Courtyards but I am noticing the trend of charging for breakfast. The prices are high and the service sucks in the Bistro - not to mention the food isn't that good. Why is there an up charge for Starbucks? I think I'll stick with Fairfield and Residence for now...many more perks... More

My daughter and I toured ECU on Friday afternoon and decided to spend the night, so naturally I decided to book at the local Marriott. Everything from check in to check out was good. The room was spacious enough for the two of us, it was clean and comfortble. The only complaint I have is that there was very little... More
