We arrived on sat 19th the front desk clerk was on the phone the entire time I was checking in. Our room was a king with clean sheets. The bathroom sink was cracked. Tile in the shower was full of mildew. We had a few extra hairs in the bathroom as well. The room smelled like mildew or old musty... more

I stay in Greenville several times a month. I have tried other hotels in the area. Some of the other hotels are nice, but the Baymont is the place to stay. The price is a great value. The rooms were very clean and being a former Hampton Inn - the bedding is clean and fluffy. I like this hotel the... more

The room was clean, bathroom, sinks clean. The bed linen is clean and what comfortable beds they have! Also the continental breakfast was much better than most places I've stayed. We had an alarm clock that we could not figure out how to set, either could the maids I imagine since it wasn't set for us the 2nd day either.... more

I stayed here for several days as I was in Greenville to attend the Conference USA baseball tournament at ECU. As others have stated, it's a former Hampton Inn. It's basically a two-story motel with outside entry. The room is a little dated, but it was clean and the staff was very attentive and cordial. It's next door to the... more

Stayed at this Baymont in mid-September in a twin-queen for just one night. It was perfectly fine for the $$. It has all the fixtures and fittings of the Hampton Inn it was, but looking just slightly more well worn, but not shabby. The bedding was clean and well presented and the bathroom spotlessly clean with fluffy towels. Room aircon... more

My first time at a Baymont and made me a believer. This was one of the best motels I stayed at on my two week trip south. Clean and nicely appointed rooms, free Internet and good staff. Highly recommended. more

We have stayed at this hotel several times while our daughter was a student at East Carolina University. It was previously a Hampton Inn, but became a Baymont Inn at the beginning of 2007. We tried a couple of other hotels in the area when this one was completely booked, but found this hotel to be our favorite. It is... more

Pretty much what you'd expect from a Hampton Inn. Not too shabby, but certainly nothing to write home about. My biggest complaint is the outside corridors. Other than that, the location was good, the place was clean, and the continental breakfast more than adequate. I'll definitely return. more

Hampton Inns always live up to our expectations. We reserved this one when we could no longer stand our hotel in Kill devil Hills. Pretty, clean and affordable. Unfortunately, this is a two story hotel with no elevator. Luckily we didn't need to carry too much luggage. This hotel is in a convneint location for any type of restaurant you... more
