My husband's sons live inGoldsboro and we have been able to come down to North Carolina for the past 3 years and stay in the Hampton Inn. The staff is super friendly, the accommodations are 1st rate and my hubby loves the home-style breafast!

Excellent overnight stop at Goldsboro, where we used to live when stationed at nearby Seymour Johnson AFB. Staff and guests, including several military Reservists, all upbeat because of the very comfortable and convenient hotel.

Have stayed here numerous times over past six months and staff is always friendly, courteous, and helpful. Rooms are always clean and fresh. Business center can use a computer update. Highly recommend.

The worst customer service ever!! The rooms were dirty, as well as the bathroom. HVAC had a mildew smell coming from the vents as well as mildew in the carpet! Never have I experienced anything like it.

We were disappointed in this Hampton. Hotel seems old and in need of updating (room doors still have a place for a "key"). One of the elevator bays was slow, creeking and lights kept flickering. Stayed one night while visiting friends. Hotel is older and showing wear. Staff was friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. Nice to have a large mini-fridge. This hotel does not give you a second rate room just because you have a pet. Hotel accommodations are fresh and new with top quality bed mattresses and duvet. It's a few miles away from Rt 95 but worth the extra distance. Excellent, half way to Florida stopover.

The hotel facility is clean, and recently updated. The staff is AMAZING. I travel a lot with my job and the staff at this hotel stand out as the BEST. ALL the staff exhibit exceptional customer service.
