Good location and friendly staff. Front desk will help you with anything they can. Housekeeping is overall very good but lacks attention to detail (there was a hole in my duvet cover!). Kingsize beds are limited and double rooms have full size beds, not queens. This could make for a very right squeeze for families.

Stayed here for the weekend 13 and 14 April. Great location directly off 85. Room was clean and the staff we met were attentive and professional. Also, direct parking lot access to a Texas Roadhouse restaurant that was hopping!

We went to Gastonia for a high school debate tournament, so we weren't hanging out in the hotel. Good thing. The staff were truly nice people, and that part was pleasant. But I would just say that the overall management is very mediocre.

I've been staying at this hotel for about 2 years for business. Lately, the quality has definitely slipped. For the price, still a good value. Hotel is relatively new, but is not being kept up. I can really see a difference in the quality/cleanliness in the past two years.
Rooms are still pretty well appointed and cleanish. Wifi is good....

was greeted by Trip at desk and even though i was a rewards guest i was treated just like i was paying. the room was clean, quiet and well appointed. hotel was easy to find. Texas Roadhouse steps away across parking lot.
