A/C is outdated. It is a window unit and only seemed to run when it got extremely hot and then of course ran until it was extremely cold in the room. The rooms were clean and staff was great. I would stay here again

The person that we checked in with was excellent! She was helpful, pleasant and actually a joy to deal with. I was disappointed that the hotel seemed to be older and had a chemical smell when we entered the room. I have allergies so do not want chemical or air freshener smells where I am going to sleep. Thank you for your comments. We will be going through a major renovation process after June 1st. Breakfast area will be totally new with 'hot' and fresh items. (i.e. scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage gravy biscuits, etc..) Please do come by again and enjoy our wonderful staff , rooms, and amenities. More

Very clean and nice hotel to be one of the smaller Hampton's! Room was a little smaller than normal for me but it had everything I needed... nice comfortable bed, sofa and desk and even had a small refrigerator and microwave which is nice. Due to a poorly installed toilet system, sewer gasses "burped" through the sink, filling our room with noxious sewer gas. It was the most disgusting experience in a hotel EVER! they explained that this happens but the smell will eventually go away. We have come to expect a good night's sleep with free wifi and breakfast at Hampton Inns and the one in Garner, NC did not disappoint. The Beds were very stiff and hard to sleep on. The breakfast had very little I could choose from (Since I am allergic to Dairy) and the little choices I had tasted really bad. Overall I was very disappointed wit my experience at this hotel and would not recommend it to anyone.

I stay at Hampton Inns frequently for business travel and this one did not disappoint. It was very clean and the beds were heavenly. Staff was friendly. I missed breakfast so I am unable to rate it. Love having coffee accessible in the lobby.
