We stayed at the Hampton Inn in Garner North Carolina. We were there for a weekend wedding. Although we had been to the Research triangle on several occasions, we did not now how close Garner was to Raleigh. The hotel is in a good location and is close enough to Raleigh and North Carolina State for a quick game or... More

The location was excellent. Staff was friendly and eager to assist. I was unable to have internet (Wi-Fi) access within the room but within the hallway or lobby. The speed was slow. The pre-bagged breakfast selection was @ frozen supermarket goods quality.

Hotel was clean, noise level was low and Wi-Fi worked well. Breakfast was OK but nothing to write home about. Met basic needs for a room and breakfast. Location was convenient for the business meetings that I had for this trip.

Thank you for your input concerning your recent stay with us.l As you know, we are undergoing 'renovations' to our hotel, and these should be completed the last of August. This entails entire new breakfast area serving 'hot' items also. (i.e. gravy/biscuits, eggs, bacon, sausage, etc..) Also, our sleeping rooms will have all new items also. We would love to... More

we were in the area visiting family and were recommended to stay at this property because of the wonderful care and considerations they show to the guests. The General Manager was very nice and courtesy. I couldn't have been more pleased with our stay.

We chose this hotel several years back for it's local next to a gymnastics meet we attended. Now, several years past we still stay here, and the manager remembers us every time! We come to the area to visit our grown daughters and have always been very comfortable.

I booked my room through Expedia and chose the wrong date; I was able to change it a couple of days later, so I thought I was good to go! I arrived at the hotel and they did not have my reservation. They did receive a fax from Expedia, but needed a confirmation in order to actually check me in.... More

We were visiting this area to see friends. Not knowing the area very well we have always had a good stay with the Hampton Inn brand. This hotel was no exception. The hotel team was friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed our stay even though it was brief.

management is to be watched closely integrity issues and I don't understand why we have to keep writing to a total of two hundred characters if we can sum it up in less. but because they insist on this I am waisting your time to get this message to you. don't trust this place and check bills carefully.

I have stayed at this Hampton many times over the last 15 years. I had not stayed there for several months and thought I would give it a try. The whole third floor smelled like bad body odor. I would have complained but I checked in late and had to leave early. I will not be back

Though this property is under construction or 'facelift'., the people who work here make it a million dollar experience. Room remain clean and entire hotel is also clean. My job has had me staying here for several weeks, and the service and cleanliness never has been anything but excellent.
