the hotel was undergoing major construction during our stay. we were aware of this upon making the reservation. However, we arrived approximately 2am and were expecting to be able to sleep until at least 9am. at approximately 830, we were awaken by loud voices outside our room. I stay at Hampton Hotels exclusively the location in currently under renovations so I was a bit concern the normal standard I had come to expect would be lacking. The hotel was clean but whatever the hotel lack in standard was made up in friendliness and exceptional service the nicest staff I ever come across.

Wonderful guest services. Accommodating and patient. Rooms are clean, beds are great and staff is prompt in handling any requests we had. Renovated room was great. Love queen beds in the double room - with two teenage girls we don't do full size any longer. Very clean, great staff. Would stay again. Bedding very comfortable. Bath small but efficiently used space. Neutregena amenities.

It started with my check in. I never felt so embarrassed and singled out in my life! Barbara was very rude and treated me like black trash. Another great stay at the Hampton Inn in Garner NC. The staff are friendly and go out of their way to make the stay enjoyable and comfortable. They are remodeling and I look forward to seeing the finished results. That is the only thing they could do to make the trip better, offer a remodeled room.

Hotel is under construction so parking is impossible and there is dust and dirt everywhere. Room was ok but bathroom---it's so small it's more like a closet. AC is a bit loud as well. Better off somewhere else.

the room was very nice and roomy. breakfast offerings were very nicely presented with a some new alternatives to the same old buffet. construction was going on the third floor and the parking lot was a bit obstructed, but everyone was congenial and helpful.

Easy check in, afternoon cookies upon check in, room clean and location convenient and nearby amenities good, 11 am check out very nice, front desk workers great. Room for improvement on bed comfort, pillow selection (all pillows on bed were too soft, I would prefer a couple soft and firm), comp breakfast food rated at fair, hallway temp too warm.
