The Beds were very stiff and hard to sleep on. The breakfast had very little I could choose from (Since I am allergic to Dairy) and the little choices I had tasted really bad. Overall I was very disappointed wit my experience at this hotel and would not recommend it to anyone.

I stay at Hampton Inns frequently for business travel and this one did not disappoint. It was very clean and the beds were heavenly. Staff was friendly. I missed breakfast so I am unable to rate it. Love having coffee accessible in the lobby.

I stayed at this Hampton because it was near downtown Raleigh. I was going to an event at the Raleigh Convention Center, and could get there in just a few minutes from this Hampton. The hotel is in an area where there is not a lot of choices for dining. The personnel at the desk do not recognize their guests as Hilton Honor members and they do not go out of their way to accommodate "special requests" such as a top floor room, even though they have a box for that request on their... Great hotel. We actually got in late and left early. The staff was great. We called about 1 am and got there about 2 am. They greeted us at the door and offered to help us in anyway they could. Next morning we did the breakfast on the run. Adequate and clean.

Staff is friendly and helpful. The building itself needs a good scrub top down to return it to Hampton standards. The rooms also not only need a good cleaning but need some maintenance TLC as well. This hotel has friendly, professional and helpful staff. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The exercise room includes a treadmill, elliptical machine and weight ball. It is somewhat small and works as long as not too many guests decide to make use of it.

Staff was very accommodating as there were some discrepancies in the rooms based on their online booking system. Their software does not allow for certain changes and the staff worked to make sure all was corrected with the business group we were traveling with - some of whom needed special accommodations.
