Stayed one night at the Buttonwood Inn while in Franklin on business. It was a warm day - 90 degrees and since the B & B has no air conditioning it was pretty warm. Rather cluttered but fairly clean. Grounds were okay but there were not many areas where you could sit and enjoy it. Breakfast was fair and innkeeper seemed frazzeled while serving and seemed to have a difficult time keeping up (empty coffee cups, no cream etc.. Check-out was a slow process but would have been fine if I had not needed to leave for a meeting.
