When we arrived, Karin our hostess showed us around, took our breakfast orders and made us feel right at home. The morning breakfasts were a gourmet delight, not only in beautiful presentation but taste. Our suite on the first floor was expansive with a sitting room off to the side excellent for reading or relaxing. We spent the late afternoons,... More

Just spent the weekend at The Blaine House with my family. This was my first stay at a B&B and the bar has been set high. The breakfasts alone are worth the visit. Crepe Suzette and stuffed French toast were works of art. The Blaine House is comfortable, quiet and clean. The innkeepers are warm and friendly. Visit the Blaine... More

I recently visited Franklin on a business trip and had the pleasure of starting and ending each day at Blaine House. Each morning, breakfast we so creative, beautifully presented and delicious, it started my day off great. In the evenings, I was able to sit in the lovely sun room and wrap up my business for the day. I definitely... More

Honeyweiss and I just spent a fantastic weekend at Blaine House Bed & Breakfast. We were attending a wedding and chose not to stay at the large chain hotel that was suggested and instead we lucked into Blaine House. I would recommend Blaine House to anyone who wants a comfortable place to stay with an Innkeeper who is kind, helpful... More

My husband and I stayed at this B & B on July 4th weekend. The weather was dreary, rainy, but our stay at this beautiful B & B was truly delightful. Our upstairs room was comfortable and very clean, and we found the entire home to be quite clean. The decor is beautiful, well - stated Victorian. We chose the... More

My mother and I had a wonderful time at the Blaine House. It's a great location for seeing the waterfalls of NC. The room was gorgeous, large and filled with antiques. Karin is a wonderful hostess and we enjoyed the best breakfasts we've ever had!! (especially the crepes)

My wife and I decided to take a weekend trip to Smoky Mountains and found this B&B on Google. Reservation and communication with owners was quick and easy. Finding place was easy - there are actually road signs within the city and pointed us in the right direction. We were welcomed by one of the owners and she explained to... More

What a really great place to stay. Our experience was fantastic from the very first response to our email inquiry. Karin & Suzy treated us as family, welcoming us into their home. We arrived late and they made every accommodation to welcome us. We got a tour of the beautiful home and our room was so cozy. We stayed in... More

From the minute we walked into the Blaine House, my husband and I felt welcomed like old friends. We came to Franklin for the raft and rail and for the mining, but the bed and breakfast was a wonderful part of our vacation too. Karin is a wonderful cook and pleasant conversationalist, so breakfasts were always a treat. The house... More
