The Bed had little black hairs all in it!!!!! Bugs in the bath tub, Handprints still on the mirrors (obviously not cleaned) It smelled bad and honestly gave me the feeling like I was in a scene from a Horror Movie. I only stayed 10 minutes and checked OUT!! The man at the desk spoke very bad english and was... More

First the man at th front desk hardly speaks English, and has an attitude that should never show at a front desk. Rooms are ugly, furniture very old, electric wires cut flush, bathroom dirty, toilets flushing sometimes...sheeting suspect... We decided to shorten our stay and give notice 24hours before, and the pleasant front desk attendant and suspected owner only refunded us two... More

If you like dealing with foreigners Who can't speak english and argue about everything, then this is the place for you. I stayed 1 night, and wish I hadn't. Rooms are very old and the whole place smells very bad. In the morning when I left, I had to argue with the manager for 20 minutes to get a receipt.... More

At $40 a night you should not expect much and this hotel lives up to that. The room was clean and the bed was good. The fellow checking us in was on the phone and never stopped talking except to ask our name and tell us our room number. The wifi was non-exsistent. I could see the system on the... More

OK; the Knights Inn is a good value. It's cheap, quiet, safe, and clean. It's an old roadside-style motel. The beds and linens are low quality but good enough for a business traveler in town for a few days. I stayed 3 nights and enjoyed the large room, mini fridge and microwave. Overall, my stay this year and last were... More

I read the reviews BEFORE I reserved the room at Knights Inn-Franklin,NC( #29)-I even called and spoke to the gentleman at the front desk about the negative reviews. IT'S exactly as nice as the PICTURES on the internet. IT'S SUPER CLEAN-a little outdated....SO WHAT/BIG DEAL! For the PRICE and LOCATION-I definately recommend it. They have a daily mini-breakfast=juice(apple or orange)coffee-english... More

We really enjoyed staying at the Knights Inn in Franklin NC. It was quiet, the room was large, the bed was clean and comfortable. The shower had plenty of hot water, good water pressure and large clean towels. The staff was friendly, I asked for an extra pillow for the bed ( I like extra pillows so I can sit... More

I wish I knew where to start on this one, but I don't. This hotel sucks. Not just the appearance, but the attitude of the staff and anything and everything that has anything to do with this hotel is just plain horrible. My wife and I decided to make a last minute trek up to North Carolina for a weekend... More

Try to stay in a room in the building up top on the ridge (41-51) Away from the road and more private with some nice views of the mountains. More money but worth it, larger rooms with a front door, and sliding glass doors overlooking a lawn and the pool. Very convenient location. A convenience store/gas station that's open 18... More

I travel by myself on business once a year to Franklin. i stayed 3 nights at the Knights Inn this year and will try it again next year. The Knights Inn is an old-style roadside motel. That means the rooms are large and the bathrooms small. Perfect for a couple or a solo traveler. Here's what I look for: -... More
