I have stayed in many Fairfield Inns and this was below average for one of these. Yes, they have a fireplace - but it wasn't on despite the freezing temperatures. The elevator is creaky and noisy and feels like it's going to stop. We didn't get coffee or cups replaced in our room, but it was a blessing since it... More

This was my first time visiting Asheville, and this Fairfield Inn is in the vicinity. I particularly liked the inside appearance of this hotel. The lobby features a fireplace. Also, the breakfast seating area is a good size and has a view of the indoor pool. I will stay here again for my next trip to Asheville.

Stayed there 2 nights during Christmas , excellent front desk staff, friendly and helpful. Good buffet breakfast, lady taking care of it was always watching if you needed anything. Accommodations up to park, clean rooms, and comfortable beds. After getting home found out there was a mistake with out bill, called and spoke to Jonathan one of the assistance front managers... We stayed here this past weekend and had a great time. We spent most of our time in downtown Asheville. We elected to stay out near the airport because it was cheaper and then we took taxis/ubers into town. Even with that cost, it was still cheaper. Breakfast was great. I'd definitely stay here again.

Not sure why this hotel is listed at a more expensive price than other Fairfield Inn's in other cities, but maybe Asheville is more expensive? I had a 25$ coupon and it was still over $100 per night. The hotel chain is a step below Marriott and others, but that is what you need to expect. It was decent overall... More

I have to say that most Marriott properties have very well trained staff. But, once in a while you find people that really go out of t their way to make the customer happy. CAROLINE, is the sweetest, most polite and helpful front desk person I have ever encountered. I have been to this property 3 times and every time... More

Evening Staff are nice and accommodating and gave great information on Biltmore Town Center and shopping. Clean spacious room and nice upgrade-thanks Mike. Fitness center with functional clean equipment. Great breakfast First time to stay at a Fairfield Inn and a pleasant one at that!

Like the other traveler below, we wanted to use up a Category 5 free night. The room was spacious enough for us, and most everything worked the way it should, but there were some things that were less than optimum. We heard the humming sound, too, several rooms down from 301. Maybe the best thing is to get away from... More

Stayed here for 5 nights. Very convenient to airport. Complimentary travel available and information desk at airport will phone for you. The hotel does not have a restaurant or bar. This is the norm in US, but comes as a surprise to Europeans. Breakfast is adequate but not outstanding. However the beds are very comfortable and all the staff are... More

We have stayed here three times over two years. It is a straight shot to the Biltmore Estate....about 15 mins saves $$$. Much more personal assistance from staff than the over priced closer in hotels. Very professional staff!!! I am grateful we found a comfortable, quiet, clean Marriott property!!!
