Like the other traveler below, we wanted to use up a Category 5 free night. The room was spacious enough for us, and most everything worked the way it should, but there were some things that were less than optimum. We heard the humming sound, too, several rooms down from 301. Maybe the best thing is to get away from... More

Stayed here for 5 nights. Very convenient to airport. Complimentary travel available and information desk at airport will phone for you. The hotel does not have a restaurant or bar. This is the norm in US, but comes as a surprise to Europeans. Breakfast is adequate but not outstanding. However the beds are very comfortable and all the staff are... More

We have stayed here three times over two years. It is a straight shot to the Biltmore Estate....about 15 mins saves $$$. Much more personal assistance from staff than the over priced closer in hotels. Very professional staff!!! I am grateful we found a comfortable, quiet, clean Marriott property!!!

Not my favorite hotel chain but needed to use a free night category 5 before it expired. Thought I would see some fall foliage on the Blue Ridge Parkway. Asked for early check in and top floor. I arrived at 2PM (not so early) and was told that no 3rd floor rooms were ready for at least another half hour.... More

Hotel was average in décor but very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good and helped get us off to a good start - scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, biscuits and gravy, waffles, bagels, hard boiled eggs, fresh fruit, cereal, juice, muffins, etc. Directly across the street from the airport. Shopping and restaurants close by. Everything we needed!

Hotel stay was ok, nothing stood out to remember. Staff were average. Room was clean and comfortable. The plus side is it is convenient to the airport, right across the street. Only one restaurant within walking distance and that is a BBQ place.

We planned a week in Fletcher to do genealogical explorations in the area. Two people made this a wonderful location. Carolyn at the front desk knew about the area, great directions and pleasantly assisted me in using a gift card that no one in Cary NC Courtyard had a clue how to process. The day before we were scheduled to... More

Check-in experience was efficient and pleasant. When I got into the elevator, I was appalled by the gross dirty floor mat. It caused me to wonder if the rest of the hotel and, more importantly, my room was going to be as unclean. Fortunately the room seemed clean although I used extra anti-bacterial wipes on all surfaces to be safe.... More

My husband booked this hotel thinking it was close to downtown Asheville and the Biltmore House, but it is in fact out near the airport. It wasn't a huge issue for us, but something worth mentioning if you're not familiar with the area. The hotel is obviously dated, but was clean and comfortable for our two night stay. The continental... More
