We often stay in Marriott properties, particularly Fairfield Inns. This one was just OK mainly due to the indifference of the administrative staff. The room was OK and clean. The price was a little lower as the Inn is about fifteen minutes outside of Asheville.

The hotel had everything I was looking for on this trip. Close to the freeway, clean, selection of restaurants close by, and reasonably priced. Free breakfast was good with a selection of eggs, sausage, waffles, etc. I would definitely stay here again.

It needs a lot of maintenance outside has no eye appeal. It is very basic. Nothing fancy. Clean. Nice indoor pool and hot tub. Would not stay here but saw flight crews checking in (airport across road) so decided would be safe. Food is ok. Front desk employees are indeed friendly and helpful.

PointCouple Thank you for sharing your comments regarding your recent stay with us. The outside of the property may look bare this time of year due to the weather. Spring time will bring many of the flowers back around the outside of the property. I do hope that other than curb appeal you enjoyed your visit with us. If your... More

I stayed three days on a business trip. Honestly, if it wasn't for bad weather (winter storm) and being so close to my customer, I probably would have changed hotels. Its not that there was anything terrible about it... however, it was nothing special. The room was not that clean (felt like I wanted to go and grab the vacuum... More

I spent two nights at this hotel and would recommend it for reasonably priced accommodation in the Asheville area. Public spaces and rooms are clean. The gas fireplace in the lobby is a welcome feature in the Winter. Breakfast service was very good, but was exactly the same both mornings. It is a little further from the historic area than... More

Ladytez Thank you for your recent visit to the Fairfield Inn Asheville Airport. I am pleased to hear that you enjoyed your visit with us. The fireplace in the lobby is a great place to relax after a long day. I’m glad the front desk shared some easier routes to the downtown area. We look forward to seeing you again... More

I was stuck here after an abortive holiday trip and was surprised how quiet and clean it was. My room was just far enough away from the lobby to be isolated but not too far to be a long haul. The exercise room had a few machines. The indoor pool was clean and warm. The daily breakfast had enough HOT... More

Great, would definitely stay their again. Rooms were very clean. The lady that takes care of Breakfast in the morning has a great attitude. Front desk team is great including Carol and Jonathan Stoll very sharp. Thanks, Norma and Nieves

We just got back an hour ago and would definitely stay in this hotel again. It was easy to get to, quiet, extremely clean, and the breakfast was plentiful! We had the pool and spa to ourselves, which was great. My only complaint is that all hotels in the area were booked solid and seem to have jacked their prices... More

This hotel was one of the lesser expensive in the Marriott lineup in Asheville during fall leaf color. We took our chances with no knowledge of the location or review of the hotel. What a mistake! We were on a steep truck grade with all of the gears screaming as the trucks whizzed by on I26. This hotel is right... More

Aubreyrich, Thank you for taking the time to share your comments about your stay at the Fairfield Inn Asheville Airport. I apologize for your negative experience during your visit. The property did install low noise windows during the last renovation and we have noticed a reduction in comments about noise. Once again thank you for sharing your comments and providing... More

Hotel met expectations which is why I most always select Marriott. All hotels in the Asheville area had jacked up prices for weekend without any special event and too early for fall leaf change. $170 per night in Fletcher was a bit much.
