oh my gosh, talk about noisy. Guy across at the motel across the parking lot banged with his hammer on the broken stairway all afternoon. On a Sunday, till 6 pm. Between that and the raucous cackling of the maids and custodians, the thunder of the washers and dryers ( it sounded like a jet was taking off in our... More

This is a very large motel with rooms entered from the parking lot, or on the second floor, through a flight of very dirty stairs. Neither of the two ice machines were working though the front desk was able to provide ice. The room, with a window heater/air conditioner, was up more or less up to Hampton standards, but with... The rooms are in need of an upgrade but they did have the fluffy blankets that I love and it was clean. The staff was amazing. Miss Shelby was very welcoming and brightened our day. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Conveniently located right off the exit. Breakfast was a typical Hampton Inn breakfast with healthy choices and hot... More

I have been a Hilton Diamond member for 6 years and had booked a room here for two nights. When weather circumstances dictated that I not stay at the Hampton, I called to cancel my reservation. The front desk was very professional in answering the phone and canceling my reservation and mentioned mildly that "there would be a cancellation fee... More

I would not recommend this hotel. The room was in terrible condition. I would not recommend this particular Hampton Inn to friends. The housekeeping was not up to Hampton Inn standards. This looks like an older Hampton and needs some work.

Even though the customer service was wonderful, all the staff are attentive, kind, friendly, the rooms neat and clean, the breakfast top notch... the hotel itself is a bit creepy because it has the 'motel type' doors that lead directly outside. This is not a good feeling at night esp when traveling alone as a woman. Fayetteville does not feel... More

After a long day on the road we stopped at this hotel. I am always hesitant when the doors open directly to the outside..both from a noise and a security standpoint. But we decided for one night it would be fine. It was pretty quiet that night thank goodness. The room was clean and fairly comfortable, but very small by... More

It was a clean typical hampton inn inside. However the rooms were small and outdated along with many facilities not in working order. When I had to walk all the way to the end of the hotel to get to my room OUTSIDE, in the cold I was very dissapointed. A hampton like this deserves to loose its flag asap... More

My wife and I spent one night here, and found it better looking inside than out. It s 2 story with outside stairs only. This bldg has some age on it but the bed was most comfortable, the quilt was a bit much for us, more warmth than we wanted, but good. Bathroom was clean and looked newly redone. the "closet"... More
