I stayed here several weeks on business in February 2013. The hotel is modern and the rooms are very nice. I though the staff was just ok. No problems but not as friendly as some others. The breakfast is fine but not special. This internet access is great. This was a good stay.

Stayed here while my daughters softball team played at Methodist University. Very nice hotel. Lots of restaurants, shopping and grocery stores nearby. Room was clean and lobby area was very nice. Stayed here with my family on our trip from Florida to NY, pretty much the half way point. The beds seem to be a foam type mattress, and wasn't the most comfortable. Wow! I asked for hangers and a micro fridge and told to pick up the hangers at the front desk. Also, the micro fridge wouldn't be available until tomorrow. After dinner, everything was in my room with a nice note from Everard. Way to earn stars!

Stayed here because it was next to my office. Despite being greeted with a dead cockroach in the bathtub upon arrival, the rest of my stay was fine. The meeting and event staff and the catering women who made our meals during our meeting was extremely nice. Malls and plenty of restaurants nearby.
