This is the second time we were there. The hotel rooms are very clean and quite large. They offer Wi Fi internet connection in every room which is very convenient. The king size bed was good for me, but I like firm beds.. (my wife does not). The gym is small. The only thing that bothered us was that we... more

I stayed there on a business trip a couple months ago. The atmosphere was very laid back and pleasent. The beds were nice and soft. The front desk workers were knowledgeable. there was one named Crystal C, she was the perfect host. She went out of her way to make me feel right at home. Thanks Crystal!!!!!!!!!!!! more

A perfect hotel in a very unperfect town. I agree w/ others that this Garden Inn is overpriced. I travel a lot and look for the Garden Inns - most are much more reasonable. Worse part was the bed, HARD AS A ROCK. It's some sleep number type bed, but not an actual sleep number. Having seen numerous complaints about... more

For those of you unfamiliar w/ HGIs, this is Hilton's signiture brand of express hotel. They are a definate cut above the Hampton Inn or Holiday Inn Express grade of express hotel, and generally priced at about 10-20% higher. They are generally worth the 10-20% more for those who don't mind paying more & want a better product, BUT they... more

I stayed at the Hilton for only one night this Thanksgiving holiday and my truck was broken into some time in the middle of the night. When filing the police report the next morning the officer present said that was the 5th break in on their property in the last 6 months. They do not have any cameras watching the... more

My wife and I plus 2 young daughters stayed here overnight on the way to Myrtle Beach. We always try to stay at a Hilton hotel. This hotel is nice, clean, modern and, has a polite staff. It was a little pricey for the room size and location, but over all an above average stay... more

I recently stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn while attending a wedding at Ft Bragg. Check in time was advertised as 3 PM, but being that the wedding started at 3:30 I called to request an early check-in. The young lady who answered the phone was lacking in customer service skills and told me they couldn't assure me of an... more

I just recently returned from a week's stay at the Hilton Garden Inn in Fayetteville. This is a lovely hotel in an excellent location, with easy access to Ft. Bragg, shopping, restaurants, etc. The room was very clean and spacious, and the breakfast buffet not only offered scrambled eggs and all the other usual items, but freshly prepared omlettes and... more
