Just off of I-95, this is a great option for those traveling north or south on the interstate. Staff was friendly and helpful, and our room was spotlessly clean, appearing to be recently refurbished. The Ruby Tuesday across the road was a good dinner option, and the complimentary hot breakfast was one of the better ones we've experienced, complete with... More

stayed overnight while traveling south...very clean, recently refurbished, pleasant staff...no dining room but only a few blocks from a decent doubletree dining room and several rebuttable chains....does serve breakfast....all in all, good value

We stopped along the way on our trip at this location hoping to find a room at a reasonable rate, which we did. Although there was no restaurant on premises there were 5 in very close proximity! The hotel was quiet, clean and comfortable, 3 +s for me!

I am here now...everything is good and as expected! Room is clean, correctly stocked. All the plumbing works! Also, the free breakfast was excellent. No complaints at all. Oh, and the staff has been professional and friendly as well.

Stopped here on route to NYC...very nice...quiet, clean and comfortable...the breakfast was adequate....eggs, sausage, cereal, bagels...location is basic, nothing really to do in the area...it's right off I-95. I ate at the Ruby Tuesday across the street - ok...walking distance which was nice.

Stayed overnight to catch some zzzzzz's on my way back from Orlando, FL. Used my Marriott points which was very easy. Room was simple and served its purpose. If you're easily spooked, be warned the hotel is right next door to a cemetery.

We needed to spend the night in North Carolina during a road trip vacation. Looking at choices around the city of Fayetteville, we settled on Marriott's Fairfield Inn because of its proximity to the highway for the continuation of our drive. There is nothing extraordinary to report about the property. Staff was friendly, room was clean, check in efficient and... More

I recently stayed here when I came into town for a business trip. The room was very nice, spacious bathroom and comfy bed. I didn't have time to have breakfast, but it sure smelled yummy - and it was free! I always enjoy staying at Marriott's and this one was no different. I will definitely stay here again when I... Avoid this Marriott property-not typical for chain. The hallways/rooms smell musty which mean moisture. The A/c ran overtime or not at all. So room either freezing or stagnant. The desk staff does not seem concerned. They stayed that a note was placed in Miss Ray's box. Miss Ray has been on a call or in a meeting not returning phone... More
