Friends own a condo in one of the buildings so four families rented two condos in Building J. It was one of the best vacations we've had. The pool was close and it had a kiddie pool for the little ones. The beach was super close and quiet. We didn't worry about people taking our stuff when we went up... More

Stayed with my family- wife and 2 teenage sons and my elderly parents in unit 301C (C building). It overlooks the pools and is directly on the ocean. The unit was bright and well equipped; very clean; new flat screen TV in family room and we enjoyed our stay. That said - they call it a 3 bedroom. It is... More

We're still on vacation at Ocean Club and I'm happy that we're leaving tomorrow. The complex is old and not well maintained. The unit (K-104) is the worst we've ever rented. It was supposed to have a partial water view but it has NO water view. The beds, sheets and towels are all cheap and uncomfortable. We can hear every... More

My family and I stayed in N102. We've never been to Emerald Isle before. We were leary because of bad reviews on the net. We picked this condo because of the pier on the website and the view. Found out 1 week prior to check in that the pier had been destroyed in a hurricane in 2011 and had not... More

We were really pleased with the condition of our unit in the Ocean Club complex-unit 204S. The unit was bright and clean and the pools and beach were close by and easily accessible. The beach was across the street but the shuttle was pretty available. We did have a problem with the sleeper sofa our first night. It opened to... More

We just returned from our vacation at Ocean Club. Our unit was M302, the same unit we stayed in last summer. We chose this again because of the view and the pier. Our grandsons had a great time last year fishing and crabbing. Unfortunately there is no pier this year due to storm damage, but it is still on the... More

Blue water GMAC needs to check the units before they release units to vacationers. Floors were very dirty. Leaving the kids feet black when they were bare footed. Shower heads need replaced as there was no real pressure. Water pressure was fine at the sinks and clothes washer. Needed coffee maker and within an hour they delivered a new unit.... More

A-201 is in the newest building with beautiful, updated furnishings and a spectacular ocean view. The queen and king beds are very comfortable (although if you are 5'5" or under the king bed is too high from the floor). You do not have a pool view if that's what you are looking for. One minor disappointment is that even though... More

The Ocean Club was absolutely perfect. We were in 204 C, it was exceptionally clean, with the beach and pool right in front of us. We saw dolphins from our balcony! We paid a little more than we are used to, and would definitely do it again. The resort was just beautiful, the pools were sparkling clean, and my kids... More

Lovely old fashioned coast hotel! In our continued exploration of the North Carolina coast, we enjoyed our stay at the Ocean Club. Not the most elegant accommodations and there were definitely some maintenance problems but the people made the visit, so friendly!
