Very good place to stay! Room was pretty good and clean. We had a light go out in the bathroom and maintenance was very quick to fix it. Also the pool was very clean as well! The only knock I would say is the wifi, it wasn't as strong in our room but besides that, i would stay here a... More

Reading the reviews, I wondered a bit, but I was using points for this stay stemming from a birthday party and a desire to get Elizabeth City geocaches the next day, I had stayed in the Econolodge next door - what looked like had once been part of the Quality Inn with no real issues. The clerk on arrival was... More

I didn't expect much, considering the price, but I needed a pet friendly hotel. Desk person was very nice and helpful. The room was clean, neat and well furnished. The place is showing it's age here and there, but then so am I. Great flat screen TV, cable and Wi-Fi. The breakfast in the morning was excellent, with a choice... More

I travel a lot and review hotels just as much (181 hotel visits in 2013 so far). When I say that this hotel may be the worse one I have stayed at in a few years, I'm not exaggerating - maybe because of the bar attached to the hotel they attract people that don't care what the rooms look like... Hello my name is jackie and im the manager at the Quality Inn of elizabeth city. I disagree with the comments in this review, first of all the fitness center is in the lobby with all new equipment and new ac unit, its not in a room. Also the breakfast here is awesome most guest stay here because of the... More

I had not planned on stopping in Elizabeth City but was tired and did so anyway. I asked about cost and the young man at the desk (Eddie) was very helpful. The next day when I asked about things to do in the area, the woman at the desk was again, very helpful and honest. The only drawback was the location... More

This was our first, and last I hope, trip to Elizabeth City. Looking for somewhere to beak up the long drive home we decided to give this area a try. Having never been in the area before I asked the staff to recommend somewhere for dinner. He just shrugged his shoulders and said "I don't know". I know I just... More

I stayed here recently under some pretty extenuating circumstances. The staff could not have been more accommodating and kind. My first floor, single, non-smoking room was very comfortable. To address prior posts, yes, the property may have a few bumps and dings here and there from wear I guess, but my room was very clean and everything was in working... More

I have been visiting this location for several years. It has always had very efficient staffing, as well as cleanliness. I have never experienced, in the many rooms I have stayed in, any type of bugs or nasty sheets, and don't think I ever will. I very rarely make a reservation, because the trips I make are usually unplanned. I... More

Good breakfast (full meal with drinks for both adults & kids) with nice server. Had good night stay for very reasonable price. Location & price was key to our travels. This hotel had a great crib for infants/toddlers, probably one of the best we have used. I wish all hotels had sturdy cribs like this one.
