I recently stayed in the hotel for several nights, along with my husband, my daughter, and a friend. We stayed in a handicap accessible room due to my daughter being disabled and in a wheelchair. Despite the other reviews, this is not the only place to stay in town. We drove right past several "shady" looking places before finding this Hampton Inn. Eden, NC is REAL COUNTRY living! The folks in Eden are very nice, and the town is something of a throwback. As for the Hampton Inn, it is the only choice in town. My fiance and I stayed here in December 2007 on a trip to visit my family. Having a clean, comfortable hotel room made the trip enjoyable. All of the employees were very friendly. The free wireless internet and continental breakfast made it a great value at $80/night. I will definitely stay here the next time I am in town. more

Only choice for eden travel. The rooms are very nice and there is ok customer service. The bed is top notch for comfort. Breakfast was good, too. more
