This hotel far exceeded our expectations in terms of comfort and value. I got a room for 50 dollars on priceline. I would have been disappointed had I paid the full rate price. The rooms are comfortable...no real extras...no honor bar. The staff was very friendly and helpful. If you dine out take the hotel bus and let them pick you up. Parking in Durham is impossible. more

Very nice Marriott situated in a blighted and at best non-descript Durham, NC. Nothing within walking distance of hotel except abandoned stores and Durham Bulls stadium.
